It's much better. Can't bend at the waist very far at all and still some soreness. I'm going to see an accupunturist tomorrow. I just want this to go away so I can feel normal again.

I hear you Leon, it's been a while since I have had any issues with the back but when I do, it's always a month or longer before I start feeling right again. Heck, I've had years where it just never did get right. Hope the Witch Docs can help!

No kidding Jobs, same here in NM. Short sleeve and shorts weather last weekend, snow yesterday. Today, it's sunny and a little cool. ABQJr. is out in North Carolina dodging Tornadoes. Little worried there.
