Bruddah, it just does not get any better than a late afternoon Cowboys-Commanders game. Wait, what is that I am seeing when I close my eyes? Yes it is! It is Staubach to Hill to win the game. I yelled so loud, I almost fainted but back then I was an excitable boy. Come Sunday, I am hoping to let my excitable boy out to play one more time.

Hopefully not like CapnB.

I don't care who we're playing as long as we embarrass them in front of their friends, family, fans, coaches and television crew. If one of their coaches gets fired after a game with us, that's just a bonus.

Morning Pops. Morning folks. Happy Sunday everyone!

Once again, going to NYC tomorrow morning, so once again hoping the game doesn't run too long, because I need to get up for work at 2:30 a.m......It'll be easier to sleep if we jump out to a big lead early, and keep it that way!

Morning Pops and Mudville residents for mighty Casey struck out again yesterday. And as usual, it was all the refs fault, they hate us.

I am a little sad today because something has died within me, passion. I kept selling myself on this being the rekindling of that fire with the Cowboys-Commanders and this game mattered, I would be like the old CC, fist pumping, cussing, yelling and generally being a fool over a football game. But that was not to happen, I could not even muster enough passion to fake it.

I do not know the cause of this and it could be that I've finally matured or that I've just had enough of Booger, the Highland Park Hillbillies, Garrett and the whole thing.

I know I had enough passion for the Perdue-OSU game because I detest Meyer and OSU so I am not football dead yet. And that Tyler Trent story hit me hard and I felt for that moment in time, the world was in alignment with the stars.

Make it a good Monday and just because your Sunday didn't end as you wanted doesn't mean you to have to carry that over. Look at it on the bright side, the Cowboys don't play this Sunday so you've got a better Monday ahead but be wary, danger lurks upon the horizon.

Morning Pops. Good morning Fellas and good morning to any who might decide to stop in and say hello on a Monday.

Tough loss yesterday but not surprising, IMO. I think we are a .500 team so I try not to get too overly high on wins and I try to take the losses in stride.

Hope everybody is doing well today. One thing about a Cowboy loss, it makes it easier for me to focus on work because I definitely don't want to hear about the loss.

Jobs, Leon, dbrp, Xelda, zrin, Trouty, ksk, RGV, Coach, RWB, Ranching, SW and John, have a great day.

Remember everybody, Holidays are coming so work hard and get yourself in the best position you can to take time and enjoy the Holidays. Be well everybody!

I think you're in the same boat I'm swimming toward. You're numbed by mediocrity and the predictability of the fact that we're going to be mired in it for a long time. I've finally given up all hope that Garrett and co. will ever turn the corner. I used to at least respect him as a man, but his complete unwillingness to shoulder the responsibility for his poor decisions has got me disliking him personally.
I found myself getting worked up over the game yesterday, but not nearly as much as I used to, when I had hope.

Good afternoon Pops and friends.

Morning Pops and peeps.

Four hours of sleep after yesterday's game. Brooklyn is gonna love me today!

Have a wonderful day everyone!!
I've been doing my part to ruin everyone's day here. I think a Commander fan fixed my hamburger. I asked for NO CHEESE and got 2 slices. How can the Boys do that to me? If I owned the team, I've had one of those Wheel of Fortune spinning boards with new coach names on it. Stevie Wonder might as well have been guiding our team yesterday with a bunch of high school boys on offense. (I take losses well.) The worst part, other than the score and Dak handing off to a Commander in the end zone, was they didn't get a fire going until too late in the game. They looked like professionals for a few brief, glorious moments. I'm through griping now. Not really.

Have a good day in spite of yesterday's game. We will exact revenge later this year or next.
