FEATURED Morning Pops!

Morning, Pops and all you good people (that's everyone) who frequent this thread. I think the knob for my sprinkler control box is wearing out from turning it on and off, on and off, on and off trying to react to all our weather changes on a weekly basis. Maybe its time to break down and buy the component for the control box that automatically adjusts for rain. At least all my other knobs are in good shape :p. Y'all have a good day and don't let the Monday blues get you down. Ya' hear that, Runny?

Good Morning Pops and all those sending Runny off to work in the Big City. I hope Jan or Xelda wrote his name on his underwear. I made him a mayo and peanut butter sammich cuz I know Northerners are crazy for those and a nana with a note pinned to it "eat this one, don't play with it". He has this unusual penchant for playing with his nana like it was a gun and pointing it at the other drivers who irritate him, which is basically anyone in a vehicle, moving or not. I also gave him a Snickers because sometimes you are not yourself. I was Gladys Knight before I ate one last week.

I am excited for him but am glad I wasn't there to send him off, I tend to get emotional at times like that.

You workers make it a great week so us slackers can master doing nothing, I actually slipped and thought about doing something and had to call a bud for intervention. Too late though, the simple consideration of doing something actually qualifies as doing something. However, I told the committee that I would have done it wrong and not fixed it so I got a deferred sentence.

No city today, but my boss is thinking about putting my shoulder to the test today, with a big pile of stair stringers to hand off...then I'm next up to go to the city tomorrow. Yippee.
