It's temporary until the full case is heard in court. Once a court rules, that's takes the place of the injunction.

The injunction will be granted. There is not enough time for the judge to hear all oral arguments and adequately assess the case.

Zeke will play all 16 games this year. Litigation will either continue throughout the season or will be stayed until springtime.

I think that the NFLPA will win this case in district court. I'm not sure what will happen when the NFL inevitably appeals the case.

Sad this will be over his head for another year possibly. Hopefully the team rallies like the Patriots did with deflategate.

If this case goes this far, i.e.: appeal beyond US District Court by the NFL, I cannot see JJ ever supporting Goddell again. He will be in the camp with the Pats owner forever.

Assuming all the reports are true then I do not see how Zeke is not awarded the TRO. The Judge is all up in the NFL's business and has no problem dragging the truth out of them.

So Henderson announces during today's court hearing after the judge has been grilling the NFL lawyers on fairness issues. It is so obvious that the NFL told him to go ahead and announce because week 1 is already lost and this judge isn't dismissing the case. I have no doubt there is collusion going on now. He could have had this decision in before the hearing but the NFL was trying to get this judge to dismiss so he had to hold off.

Hate to tell you all but this corruption is a standard in our court system today. Judges cover up for other judges. When you see hearings without a jury or a grand jury not being involved I can guarantee you the case is fixed. Been and seen court procedures for the last fifteen years and seen case after cases fixed or denying peoples constitutional rights to a fair hearing.
