Don't merge we need this one! Time for everyone to get on the record as a yes or a no on TO coming to Dallas. So everyone will know who to make fun of if the signings fails, or works out.

I don't want him, but it will not stop Bill and Jerry from signing him and it will not stop me from being a Cowboys fan.

I want to stay as far away from him as possible. Keep him away from Dallas. However, if that is the path that Jerry and Bill take then I will root for 'THE TEAM' every week. For all I care he could provide a decoy and we just rush Julius and Marion all day. It's about the team, not a particular player.

Also, I voted for choice number three under the assumption it meant 'No I don't want him, but will accept him as a member of the Dallas Cowboys.'

We need a big time playmaker to have any chance at returning to the Super Bowl. TO unless someone else is better that i dont know of.

Don't care -

but I did come up with this little nugget, as I tried to rationalize how this could POSSIBLY work in my mind.

49ers, Eagles=cheap

Cowboys=not.

So, that's all I got. No off the field issues with TO here. Now, as long as Drew's not gay.....

I hate the idea. Doesn't matter if I do or not. It seems pretty obvious he's coming and I will have to root for him. I have no choice. My love for the team is stronger than my aversion to all that he stands for.

If you can't beat them, join them.

How long has it been since we've had an elite top 5 player at any of the skill positions.

I have pretty much stayed away from the issue and discussing it.

There are definetly things I have not been able to stand about T.O. Being a Niner and Eagle definetly has not helped.

I can not question though when he is on the field he is one of the Top 5 guys in the NFL. He is a playmaker and a difference maker, no question.

The obvious problem is what is he going to do in the locker room, when talking to the media and money issues.

Well I look at it like this. If there was ever a time T.O. could wise up just a little bit it will be this time around. I am not thinking he wants another episode. This is his last chance to make the big money, and he knows it.

Also JJ and BP are no doubt the best Coach and Owner when dealing with players like this. I believe both will make a difference, at least I think they can enough to take the chance.

Put me down for a YES!

T.O. can take this team to a different level, one we have been hoping for for years now. Parcells and Jerry can handle the rest.

He'd probably accept a 1-year contract as I doubt any team would sign him to more than 1-year contract and he's probably aware of that. He's also aware that his list of options is shrinking rapidly with WAS landing Lloyd and Randle El, CLE getting Jurevicious, etc. Give him the one year to show he's no longer a nutcase. If he succeeds, then fine, we add another playmaker to an already potent O and he'll have positioned himself for a decent contract from some team after the season. If he fails, then who cares, he's gone after the season. If he starts making with the doofusness in the middle of the season, who cares, we can suspend him like TB did and we've still got quality receivers in Keyshawn, Glenn, and Crayton who were pretty productive last year without his presence.

I've always been of the thought, that you have to forget and forgive, otherwise life will be a lot harder for you!

With that said, I voted that I trust the JJ/Tuna, and if T.O. comes here, so be it...I'm a Cowboy fan! Why would I not want a difference maker like him?

Also, I think the Cowboys have an environment of good character players, unlike Philty, that can influence T.O. in a more positive way.

But you really know what I think? I don't think T.O. is coming here! I really don't...:star:
