Good post

Great win
Dak is the future but Romo starts when fully healthy. No need to rush him
Let's see how Dak does with the next 2 games
Dez is way overrated and overpaid

I disagree about the defense, this defense is absolutely putrid. Against ANY playoff team we have almost no chance. NONE. this is a C grade defense and Mo is not a shut down corner. Please please please don't ever say that again. That pick yesterday was completely on the QB when Mo was already beat

What is your definition of overrated?

This is what you guys do. Instead of letting them go out there and play you guys make this wreck less and insane predictions......This defense has no chance against any playoff team.....Giants are 2-1 and the Skins are 2-2 and were both favorites to win this division. I just don't know why you guys expect this team to stay the same and ever improve.

I've got news for you sparky, Romo already is sitting on the bench when he is healthy. Oh, did you buy that BS about that hit he took in the slide hurting his back? He got scared and chickened out like the scared old man he is. The game has passed him by and he knows it. The organization is selling the hurt Romo story to save face. Romo still has a solid fan base, this makes the transition easier for all to swallow. Dak is the future... and the future is here now.
You should lose the urge to post anymore.

He is just fashion challenged.
Instead of wearing a suit consistent with a millionaire, Dez was on the sidelines looking like a street corner dealer selling dime bags of chronic.
He might be a good WR, if healthy, but he just oozes low-liferism.

Name one injured player that you have seen in a suit on the sidelines, ever. And post a picture of that player for proof. I am guessing you are going to be a while.

You're in for both extreme disappointment and a rude awakening if you think there is ANY shot Romo sits on the bench when he is healthy. Does not matter if Dak wins out till Romos return, he is starting when he is available. And that is the way it should be.

Why should we go back to an old, brittle, rusty QB when the future is now? Dak give us the best chance to win now. NO question about it.

Romo would have gotten killed against the niners. Probably would have thrown a couple picks too as he panicked when we were down 14 trying to do too much. This defense cant afford many turnovers.

Bottom line is Romo will start when healthy, but if he cant stay healthy then it's Dak's team. Romo would have to finish the year for him to start next year. If he gets hurt they will turn the page and the new era will start with Dak. I think it would be good for Dak to sit and watch Romo for a few games as Romo does truly master the offense and the reads. With Dak's playing time together a good break may help him adjust even better and take his game up another level. Romo has had some bad luck that's all

Romo is toast. Dak is just too good to keep on the sidelines. Even if Jerry wets his panties and puts Romo back in, there is no way Dak isnt the guy next year. If we want to waste one more year on the Romo era, let it be this one.

Let's move on from Free while we are at it

Free played pretty well yesterday, especially considering he was unable to practice all week. With Smith out, it was either Free sucking it up or we play the guy we signed off the street the other day. Free is at least an average NFL starting tackle.

Whatever you sit on the Dak----Romo spectrum, posts like this are just gross.

Dak still sailed a few passes that Romo would not. He needs to complete those in the next couple weeks. But he's solid.

Dak was far from perfect but if you look closely on two specific passes that sailed on the right side, there was an underneath defender directly in front of the target. Now that's a difficult nfl throw to fit in which requires tremendous touch. I think Dak was just being cautious trying to avoid the underneath DB.

What does it hurt if Romo goes in and gets hurt? We still have Dak to come in and play. While Dak has been exceptional, I do think there are things Romo can add to this offense that would be beneficial.

Ok
Let's see how this great defense does against GB in 2 weeks

If they hold GB to 21 or less I will come on and say I was wrong and this is a great defense

If GB scores 27 or more I will expect you to come in and admit that you were wrong and this is a putrid defense

Between 22-26 we will consider it a draw
Deal?

Now don't chicken out on me

Romo can't attend the boogie-down session. He is feeling his age these days and the deflated ego is not helping things!

He might be a little bent over, but he is tough. He would be out there. Broken back and all.

The team has played poor defenses in all three of the team's victories. Dak has played admirably for a rookie and has given hope and optimism for the future, but Tony still gives this team the best chance to win a Super Bowl when on the field and healthy. The guy seems to have to fight through not only injury adversity, a poorly run coaching staff and organization for the majority of his career as a starter, and a false diminution of his capabilities from certain media personalities and fans of other teams, but a strange lack of respect from the so-called fandom.

1. Dude has played well for an NFL quarterback, rookie or not.

2. That's the real key phrase right there. All of this "Romo vs. Dak" stuff is pointless because when they let Romo back in the game, he's getting hurt again. I don't WANT him to get hurt but he will.

He kinda is...
If there is any truth to his missing meetings or even being late to meetings, he definitely is. He got paid and now needs to work for the company in any way he can to make this team better. Missing meetings is a distraction and he needs to grow up and be the player they paid him to be on and off the field. Again only if theses accusations are true. And if they are, shame on the FO for enabling this behavior without any consequences to Dez.

I think if they gave up 50+ that would be putrid.

KC doesn't have a putrid defense and they got wacked for 40+ last night.

GB has a heck of an offense... If the Cowboy defense gave up 28, I'd be pleased.
