Tayloy? Who's Tayloy? Oh you mean Taylor. Gotcha. Yeah you must be talking about his ROOKIE season b/c I don't seem to recall Dallas having a "game winning" TD last year against the Skins. Besides it wasn't nearly as bad as your "Pro-Bowl Safety" Williams getting burnt by Moss last year. Wasn't your "shutdown corner" burnt on that one too? That one still has to sting.

I will be sure you keep you up to date when he gets the same preferential treatment Irvin got. I love when Cowboys fans attempt to deride anyone's off the field behavior.

No, that was Glenn.

Um, actually no. I expect this from Cowboys fans. A fumble and a fumble lost are two different things. See when someone fumbles, and their team recovers it, there is no possession change, not really any harm done. A fumble LOST means there was actually a turnover.

Cooley had a better year than Witten b/c he WAS the #2 receiver. He faced more defensive attention.

I'll take the guy that doesn't put it on the turf at all. A fumble is a fumble. A fumble is caused by lack of skill, not tucking the ball away, not securing the football. Recovering a fumble, is a lot of luck, just depends on how the ball bounces....

Let say there are two football players, each with identical stats. One player never fumbles, and the other player has fumbled 10 times but managed to always have his team recover all 10 fumbles.

Which guy would you rather have?

That's like their calling card. Hi, I'm Mark Brunell. I signed a 7 year $43 million contract when I was 34!

That's just brilliant cap management right there.

BRILLIANT!

We know they're different things, but as far as evaluating a player they are the same thing. The team's ability to recover a fumble has nothing to do with the player's ability to hold onto the ball. When you want to measure that, which we are doing here, you look at fumbles in general.

Think about it for a bit.

And team's gameplan for Witten constantly, it was even some team's TOP priority (see Chargers game). No way a team gameplans against Cooley before Moss. Get a grip.

No problem, since you love it so much I'll keep on doing it for you...I'll provide links, call him a punk...Spitter, idiot (great contract), not a team player (won't attend team workouts), disrepectful to his coach, your god (Won't return Gibbs calls), up against serious criminal charges...arrogant (leaving rookie meetings on 1st day), Drunk (arrested for DUI).

Shall I go on my friend ? Welcome to the Cowboyszone. I know at ES I would be banned immeadiatly for saying anything negative about you little buddy...But your in our house pal.

Don't ya just love it here. Thanks for stopping by, come back soon ya'all...

I'm all for being a fair debator and I like listening to what other people have to say, but saying Cooley had a better year than Witten is just CRAZY!

Cooley lost one fumble.
So your respone is to say that he only lost one? The fact that their stats are virtually identical, with less passes going to Witten doesn't matter at all. The fact that the Boys had a better WR corps doesn't help inflate Cooley's numbers?

Witten is a better TE than Cooley is, and they are basically the same age. If both get better, which is likely, the chances are good that Witten will still be a better player than Cooley. Ask yourself this, if you had to choose one for your team would you want Witten or Cooley? I think if you had a TE with Witten's talent last year then he would have gone over 1000 yards pretty easily.

Yes please continue, I am not as familiar with having thugs and criminals on the Skins. You have a lot more experience (Irvin, the entire late-90's offensive line) so, please enlighten me. What kind of trial do I expect? How long do these usually go?

I am THOROUGHLY enjoying it - I love talking smack. This is the greatest rivalry ever and I love adding fuel to the fire. (Hope no one is taking this too, too seriously, if they are, well, I would think you have other issues).

PS - Taylor showed up the Skins workout despite his trial. He was acquitted from his DUI - I think the cop wanted an autograph, if you ask me. Arrogant I will give you - he played at the U, what do you expect? He is 22 - he's immature. He is one HELL of a player - the best player Gregg Williams has ever coached.

Pointing a gun at someone is different than drug charges. Only person you hurt with drugs is yourself. A weapon..slightly different.

And I'm sure the Skins planned on him playing when he is 41. Maybe you should research how that contract is structured.

The Skins usernames being registered lately are rarely creative at all and I get them mixed up too. I think we have 4 or 5 variations of Riggo, all distinct users.

Did you see him point a gun at someone. The only people who claim that he did were the career criminals that stole his ATVs and then shot up his friend's house later.

He will be acquitted.

Why can't we get a skins fan with the user name D.Green?

Now that was a guy I could respect. Class on the field, off the field.

And how did Mark do last year?

He had most the eagle fans calling for his head most of the year .....

Personally I think he is an average QB who was a good QB 6 years ago ......

Then again alot of people think the same thing about my boy Drew. ;)

C'mon how could you NOT love Riggins? He was the great white drunken wonder! Oh yeah, he gashed through your defense repeatedly, including the the infamous "We Want Dallas!" NFC Championship Game at RFK in 1981. That was....AWESOME!! (Yes, for the same reasons I hate Emmitt Smith)

If you respect class on and off the field, I have to ask - how are you still a Cowboys fan?
