They should be, but they're not. Owners cut players with millions left on the deals. Players need to get what they can, when they can. As a former coach, my job was on the line every Friday. I knew that any year my salary could be cut in half. That's the business.

He'll be a lot better very soon. I'm confident of that. I think Jerry is too, that's why I think he gets his money. The only thing that will derail that is if he lays a huge egg in the playoffs.
