He sent the wrong address and an innocent elderly couple had to move out because of him. He owes the couple an apology and I won't blame the couple of the sue him.

I don't think that fists vs a gun is equal force. But they seemed to believe that bare hands are an equal weapon against a gun.

I think no matter what, the authorities will have to indict Zimmerman and go in front of the grand jury. It will be interesting to see what happens from there. If the grand jury decides there isn't enough evidence to go to trial, that is when the "you know what" will hit the fan in terms of riots.

This is what I feel will happen. Regardless the situation, Zimmerman is a ruined man. He might want to move from FL.

The picture you are refering to, was reported already yesterday and the site instantly took it down and reported it as a fake and apologized to the family already.

Lee was wrong for retweeting the address, but Marcus Davonne Higgins is the one everyone should be mad at. He's the one that's been publicizing the wrong address and saying people should "reach out and touch them". It's easier to be mad at Lee, but all he did was stupidly hit a button. Higgins has been holding up posters with that address at rallies and the like for some time now.

If someone is smashing your head against a sidewalk, and you believe it is their intent to kill you, you would use a gun, knife, bazooka, bomb, can opener, rock/paper/scissors or anything else you can to save your own life.

I have no idea, but I doubt an elderly couple has the desire to sit through hours of proceedings in some sort of law suit. Hopefully word gets out that the address is incorrect and they can move back home.

The attack on Trayvon's character had worked some. There are some using his troubles in school to paint him as a violent person worthy of death and saying that he deserved what he got.

And are taking Zimmerman's account of things to paint Trayvon as some violent, ruthless attacker. All of this before the New investigators have complete their investigation.

I just hope that his parents see none of these comments made by people.

Nope, there are many idiots out there who will even make up bs to set an agenda. For instance, yesterday one of my FB friend posted a stat that TM was shot in the back, and she had few of her black friends believing her stat so I responded and said " I want GZ be charged and investigated but I don't believe TM was shot in the back. No credible news media have reported such and if it was a fact, don't you guys think they will run with this new development?" and within 5 minutes of my post, it was deleted by the girl who started stupid rumor.

What I see happening is this information all needs to be out there, even this kids troubled background. You need all of the facts. They sure aren't holding anything back from Zimmermans past.

As I said is there proof of ZImmerman's injuries like a Medical report or pictures? Because one report did not mention his broken nose and gash to the back of his head and the other did.

If these injuries are that severe then I believe that a trip to the hospital would be required. Yet ZImmerman declined to see a Doctor because he was healed by then at least that was what his lawyer said.

If that's is Trayvon screaming then it shows that he attacked Zimmerman out of fear and not aggression. Because those sound like the screams of someone who fears for their life.

Trayvon had a right to Stand his Ground, if Zimmerman made him scream in fear for his life like that.

I do want to know all of the facts. I already said that no matter what the outcome of the New Investigation that I will trust whatever they come up with believing that they have done a fair investigation of collecting evidence and witness statements from all sides.


This is something that the SPD did not do that I believe the New Investigators will do. So I trust the outcome even if that means Zimmerman remains a free man

A grand jury may still indict him so we will have to wait and see.
