No way. 2nd they are about to sign NeNe so they're not gonna have enough money to sign him long term. Neither NeNe or Howard can play power forward so it looks like they're out of the Dwight sweepstakes. 3rd they're about to lose some draft picks due to tampering so their initial offer is even weaker.
