Raiders?
Any guesses?

Couldn't care less where this trash ends up. I know it won't be here though. This guy sux as a QB and is even a worse person. Honestly it wouldn't hurt my feeling to see him get smacked by a mack truck on the interstate someplace.

He doesn't throw a lot of picks; he's more like McNabb than Brett Favre is. I'd think Coach Gerald McRaney would consider him in Minny. They'd be a dangerous team with basically three running backs.

Pats, I don't know why but gut feeling is the Pats who will use him in their own version of the wildcat.

Vick relied on his speed and athleticism to win games. Does he still have that after 2+ years away from the game?

I tend to doubt it.

Not only will the team who does sign him take a major PR hit, I think they'll be disappointed with what he can bring to the field as well.

Interesting fact:

Both Tarvaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels have better career QB ratings and better career completion percentages than Michael Vick.

Vick would be even worse than Campbell in that offense.

I don't think so.

With that offense the take off and run or heave a bomb style might be best, lol.

Whose gotten to more Pro Bowls, won more games or scored more total TDs?

Vick averages about 650 yards per year on the ground alone.

He may be a complete loser in many ways but he gives a team chances to play winning football. Is he an elite guy? Not even close but is he a better option than a Sage or Tarvaris? 100% so.

Now again this is Vick at his best though I make no guesses as to how he looks right now.

I'd like him to stay away from Washington personally.

Vick could miss four games, or as few as no games
Posted by Mike Florio on July 27, 2009 4:01 PM ET

The fact that "Week Six" appears in the announcement conditionally reinstating quarterback Mike Vick is a bit misleading.

The first reaction right here was that he has been suspended six games.

The terms "by Week Six" means that it's five games.

And, as we pointed out previously, if he signs with a team that has a bye week before Week Six, he might miss only four games.

But looking carefully at the language of the release, the Commissioner has committed to making a decision "by Week Six." And that means he could make a decision before Week Six. Or before Week Five.

Or before Week One.

Our guess is that public reaction will be a huge factor in all of this. If it's positive, Vick could be back as soon as Week One.

Theoretically.

Meanwhile, it appears that Vick will be paid throughout the term of his suspension, given that he will be permitted to participate in all activities, with the exception of games.

This is assuming he can pick up where he left off in the NFL.

After two years in prison, away from the game, I'm not so sure he can.

Isnt surprising to me, Vick doesnt have the ability to be a good or even average QB. Never did, never has, and never will.

He's an awful passer that had almost zero understanding of his own offense, and is easily confused by opposing defenses. He's a guy who ran fast and threw the ball far, but he had nothing else going for him.

I hope this guy gets a second chance with a good club. I don't think he realized the magnitude of the situation he got himself into, and so hopefully he can salvage his career.

Atlanta had trash for receivers when he was there, so I really can't speculate on how good of a QB he actually is. I do know he's a game-changer and very exciting to watch.

Denver seems like a good fit. There's no way that their mgmt could do anything more to upset the fanbase at this point. Shanahan was loved there. Cutler is obviously far better than Orton. I'd bring Vick in.

From a financial standpoint, Vick would be privy to give himself the best shot at returning as a starting QB. They are more needed and higher paid in this league than wide receivers. Signing with NE wouldn't help his debt as much as signing with a team desperate for a QB. If Culpepper could find a job as a QB, I'm sure Vick can if he just stays patient.

Vick's reinstatement should inspire Brett Favre to announce that he will be attending the Vikings full training camp now. The man hates it whenever someone else tries to upstage him.
