To say nothing of it being a terrible apples to oranges comparison.

The examples he tries to mention did what they did to the other guy's face. Like a man.

And show me an example of where they cowardly stomped on a guy after a play was over?

I guess he also condoned Haynesworth's stomp on Gurode a few years ago too?

I don't condone anything.

I just don't care what the league does.

And don't try and pull out a stupid apples and oranges argument and then try and compare Haynesworth multiple stomps to a guys face to stepping back on a guys leg.

It's cool that we don't agree on this. We often don't. But I'm going to take care of the issue from my end cause trying to take personal issue with me cause I'm not in outrage over something happening a football field simply won't do any good with me.

Goodbye.

Alright.

It's a message board.

I'm going to put the exact time and effort I want into something on a message board.

Just because a person posts on a message board doesn't mean they have a lot of personal care on a particular subject. It's talking about a subject that won't effect my day, or my life, one way or another going forward.

And if a few minutes of time and pretty much zero effort to hit some keyboard keys is a lot of time and effort for you then I'm sorry but that's your issue.

And typing away for 20 minutes to profess how much you 'don't care' is the height of hypocrisy.

Some teams and players were just meant to be. Oakland Raiders meet Suh. You know it is going to happen.

Buddy Ryan would have loved Suh.

Well things were different, as I mentioned in days of old the league office did not have to worry about it, players would retaliate. This is not that league any longer

This is not about you. The safety issues affects money when big money players are being put at a risk due to dirty play

Newsflash.

Absolutely nothing in sports is about me, or you, or anyone on these forums.

Since we don't play.

So if I can't have an opinion on it because it's 'not about me' then no one could.

You're right. It does seem like a good fit. Especially since they have the money, which is all Suh wants anyway.

But it will likely depend on their next coach.

If he gets suspended or not.

The rest is a conversation about the rest of the issue and how others feel about it.

I take no issue with the fact that people don't like that he's dirty.

I don't have any complaints that people think he's dirty and evil and should be punished.

He is a dirty player. No doubt. If he's suspended cool. Good for the league.

If he's not. Cool.

then why as a fan would you want to see a dirty player allowed to play in the league. Deacon Jones days are gone, the actions of the past are no longer relevant.

No doubt it's a different era.

And it's not the 'Gladiator Coliseum' that it once was.

I just want to see the games played. I don't care whose in them or isn't in them.

I loved watching guys in the past that played that way, dirty or not (including Cowboys players), and I'll enjoy watching great players, dirty or not, play now all the same.

If they do suspend him I'm fine with that too cause it's within their guidelines to do so.

I just personally don't care if they do or don't.

We should know something today on whether or not Suh will get suspended for stepping on Rodgers ankle. I really think he's gonna get suspended especially with his history and the fact that Raiola just did something similar a week ago.

He should be, it was deliberate no question

Unfortunately, he won't be suspended since it would have to be 100% conclusive for the NFL to impact a playoff game for that reason. And what is worse is that the Lions will have their other dirty player who was suspended back in action. If our guys see one of those creeps try to take Romo out of the game/playoffs with a cheap shot next week, I think they would have a tough time not ripping their helmets off then beating their face in with that helmet; but the NFL would then suspend our guys for rest of the playoffs (of course, without Romo, there wouldn't be any further advancement in the playoffs anyways, so why not?)
