I have seen no proof of this other than hearing it from unnamed sources ...... I have a feeling if he was diagnosed with that, then the cowboys PR machine would be shouting it to the roofs ......

The latest on Gregory..

https://www.___GET_REAL_URL___/s/da...egory-I-think-all-thumbs-are-up-45291142/Amp#

And I'll add.. There's plenty of People (that includes Cowboy "fans" too) that like to crap on Jerry Jones for a variety of things be it true or false.. But you can't deny the love this man has for the players. He's always willing to give support almost to a fault, no matter the cost. He's been like a father figure to many players in the past.

He makes good points too about it.

Nebraska has one of the best weight programs in the country and he is as skinny as a rail.

Also, he had to fail that test 4 times in order to be suspended.

And how much news of his struggles was there prior to the suspension?

Same here. Broaddus was pretty frank about how he feels about the situation with Randy.

That's one thing I like about Broaddus. He speak his mind. But that's probably why he's no longer in scouting too.

Not to mention, most of the time Broaddus is wrong ab the player. If he was a good scout, he'd still have a job as one, not acting like one;)

Yep. Hated the pick when we made it and still do. He didn't deserve to go in the first 4 rounds. I said it the day of the draft and was ripped apart on this board because of it. All that said, I'd love it if he would grow up and get straight. He's a helluva talent obviously.

Some people have problems putting on weight particularly when they are young. Broaddus would never understand that but it's there just the same. It sounds like Gregory is participating in the offseason program like everyone else and you don't blow up the combine like he did and put up 24 reps with 34+" arms 'naturally.'

But hey Nebraska has a lot of free weights and machines!

When he was out there strugling with OT he didn't ever look like he was dogging it. Quite the contrary.

Sources said Friday night Gregory also suffers from bipolar disorder.

During a conference call with Dallas-area media Friday, Gregory was asked if he struggles with depression or bipolar disorder.

“Not anything like that,” he said.

"Randy had the highest we have on record SAT scores that we have signed." - Jerry Jones

See? It is all going to work out.

Yup, he's pretty smart for a dummy.

Seriously, though, Jerry is confusing Scholarship Aptitude Test with Stoned All-the Time.

Steroids are old news. HGH is the new drug of choice for athletes.

I'm sure the HGH use is through the roof these days. The advantage to the athletes is they can only be detected with a specific blood test and I believe the union agreement is only for urine test.
I would be shocked if the players were not using both. While HGH is good for recovery steroids are still the king of offseason muscle and strength training programs. They all know when to come off and which steroids pass through the system and have the shortest detection times.

When skinny bird bodied tennis player Peter Korda tested positive for steroids you know 260 lbs muscle freaks who can run 4.5 40's may be using the magic of chemistry.

I just hope Gregory can grow up and put this type of crap behind him. It is not worth it. He has cost himself money and he has let down teammates who were counting on him.

Doomsday I know you may roast me for this and it may be do to me being young but I don't understand How the league is ok with these players taking opioids like Vicodin ,Oxy , Percocet for quote on quote pain but marijuana even if it was medical is illegal

And I have a feeling that employers aren't allowed to disclose employee's mental health records.

Oh. Wait. That's like federal law.

Yeah. Not anything like that. Which is why numerous reports label it social anxiety disorder. Bipolar is a completely different disorder. Depression as well.

This is exactly what Ricky Williams dealt with.

So you believe unnamed sources ....... but not the weed smoker himself when he denies it.

I've worked in criminal justice for 15 years now. I can tell you that without a doubt there are people addicted to pot. It is different than a physical addiction like cocaine or heroin. They use it for self medication of mental issues of all sorts. There are several people who go off the prescribed medication because they feel it slows them down. So they smoke pot to give them a medium in between manic swings. So while not physically addictive they can be very highly addicted do to thier mental stability and self medication. I would bet that he felt slowed after last season and was looking for an edge in training so he decided to self medicate.

so let me get this straight...the theory here is he was slowing down, so he "smoked weed" to get an edge back?

you ever smoke weed or just see "addicted" heads?
