Generally curious as to what CZ thinks.

- It's a certainty

- 50/50

- Likely not

I am in the likely not campaign. He'll ignore the red flags blaring all season when we faced a quality team and instead convince himself the games where we were beating up bad teams is the real Cowboys. As has been noted by others, McCarthy is in the last year of his deal and Jerry has done this twice before with Garrett, believing that maybe that last year will incentivize the HC into doing his best work. Plus Jerry is probably loathe to pay two HCs because he probably views that as a failure and a blight against him and his great football acumen.
Jerry likes his YES men and one scenario that hasn't been mentioned here is the following.
Jerry keeps Big Mike to bring Trey along and Dak and the DC are gonners.
Do not exclude the above esp when you consider the cap cash this team is gonna require going forward.

Someone reported this a.m. that MM has another year on his contract. We all can speculate on what Ol Jerry will decide.
But the older Jerry gets the more risk averse he becomes. I think his "decision" will be to let MM finish his contract, as DQ packs up
and heads for greener pastures. As to Dak, heaven help us with Jerruh and Stephen's logic.

Can't help thinking and worrying that Roseman will slip in during the next 24-48 hours and make a huge splash....you know....what real GM's do.

Likely not a head coaching change. The defensive coaching has to change, as well as the defensive personnel.

I think it’s 50/50 tbh

Likely not. If there was an option below likely not I would have selected that instead.

This is the same owner that tolerated 8-8 from Jason Garrett on an annual basis. He isn't going to fire Big Mike after three consecutive 12 win seasons.

Jerry's has said in the past that he regrets pulling the trigger on Chan Gailey as quickly as he did in the late 90s. All signs point to Mike finishing out his contract.

Seattle will make it easy on him by taking DQ.
Probably enough cover to pretend he has done something.

The more days that go by the less likely he’ll make a change.

I think he fires mccarthy and hires quinn.
I'm thinking just the opposite ..........I don't see Quinn returning, it may even be mutual on both sides. Here's why
*** IF MM comes back, he will NOT get an extension. Jerry will let him coach the final year of his deal as a lame-duck coach
just like he did Garrett on one condition, Quinn has to go.
*** Quinn's contract expires 2025. Every NFL coach wants security and stability for their family. His head coaching interviews could also
be inquiries about whether or not he would consider DC jobs. Think about it....if you have a couple of DC offers on the table that give you
and your family a new 3-5-year contract vs returning and working for a lame-duck coach, what are you going to do?
*** I can see them saying it was a mutual decision

I do agree both MM and Quinn will not return.........one has to go.

what does it matter when you have a low IQ loser who can't read a zone, who chokes if his first read is covered? How many idiots have to come through here to try to fix the choker? sheesh.
Get used to the crap, this is the Loserboys.

Jerry is so OLD doubt he has the strength at this point to face the reality of a mandatory rebuild.
Expect it to be on cruise control till his departure.

As long as the culture stays the same nothing will ever change. Just look who is in charge
