No, there are not! We lost and do not play another meaningful game till September. I don't conside that a positive.
Dak showed huge balls.......Dez proved he can still ball and Zeke is a beast

Our OL ain't going nowhere and Bease and Witten are back

We get JSmith, Tapper and whole new class of draft picks to improve the D

OK give me some names

Names for what? Replacing him? I am not suggesting firing him at this point. He's earned the right to move on but I also won't sit here and bury my head in the sand and ignore the clear mistakes the entire staff made today.

We've had talent on offense for years, if Jones can't see what's in front of him. I don't know what else to say. This game was winnable.

Sure we had a great season but playoffs are another level of play.

You just saw what a strong Dak, Zeke and Dez got us.

Another early playoff loss. Those three can't do this alone. They can't overcome a suspect D and a coaching staff that, unfortunately, seems to shrink when the lights get the brightest. They almost did it today but it's never a good thing when after a loss you can start listing off all the boneheaded mistakes the coaching staff made.
Actually they could do it alone.... we had the ball on the 30 with 40 secs left....could have easily won

We are all mad, but can't anybody see we just ran into an Aaron Rodgers buzzsaw? How many teams in the NFL would have beat the Packers today?

Better yet, how many would show as much fight as the Cowboys did after falling behind 21-3? As disappointed as I am, I also feel proud of Dallas' grit.
Ditto. But I still don't love Garrett either.

It would have never came to 3 and 20 had JG knew anything about game time management.

I won't even speak on that, he could've called a better game but coaching this team to 13-3 with a rookie backfield and a suspect defense, he deserves respect.

NFL games were close, we were one play away from. Winning this by 3 or 6....I blame the fact that we didn't even get that opportunity on the lack of talent on the defense. Being cheap on the defense for the last 5 years cost us more than our coach.

We just gotta add talent and hope the injury bug doesn't hit any of our prime players. The most devastating thing is, we made it this far and we didn't face many devastating injuries. That's not promised every year.

And JG will still be the head coach...

Dallas probably thought they could expose the GB secondary, which was hurt and sucked anyways.. with Zeke, you do that, but you do it off the running game like you always do...

I didn't see zeke catch any passes either..what a horrible coached game.

Only problem I had with the coaching was that horrendous decision to spike on first down when we were ahead on the clock with a timeout in our pocket incase something bad happen so we could get off a field goal...

Only play I can keep replaying in my head that was a difference maker..

You dont give rodgers any time with any chance to win a game at the end...the dude is mr. hail mary

But they didn't. Almost doesn't really amount to much in football. You seem to like the "ifs" a lot.

If Aaron Rodgers gets hit by a cart on the field running into the locker room, we'd have won too.

something amazing highly aided by something stupid like clocking the ball for little to no benefit.

We weren't in FG range but we should use a TO and effectively take away half the field? You'd effectively lose a down on the back end because you couldn't throw to the middle on 3rd. Don't make it and you can't stop the clock.

So clearly not "inexplicable" - you are confusing bad decisions with decisions that didn't work out.

Possibly but you simply can't ignore the big mistakes made in a key game again. In the end, even with a suspect D, I suspect if Garrett and company make some smarter decisions at various points in this game, we are talking about a different result.

That spike hurts so much. 1 timeout left. 40 seconds. Instead we wasted a down.

Garrett is a good Monday-Saturday coach. But he has his moments on Sunday where it just makes you wonder what he's thinking in terms of clock management.

Also disappointed we didn't run zeke more on 3rd and short: 3rd and 2 on the first drive and 3rd and 2 that led to the INT.

This is total BS. Jason Garrett has ALWAYS been a Mon-Sat coach (football philosophy, catchy phrases, quotes, etc.) However, most NFL games are played and actually coached on Sunday. I'm sorry. The players deserve most of, if not all, the credit for this season.

Translation. "I have an agenda and don't realize an amazing season when I see one"

Go look at the roster GB trotted out today. I get that ARod is playing out of his mind, but even with that we had the better roster overall or at least as good as their roster. When you have a roster that is pretty even, it comes down to few key decisions by the coaches that makes the difference in the outcome of the game.

This is JG's 7 season as a HC and 10th year as a coach of the Cowboys yet he is still making rookie coach mistakes.

You said they couldn't and you are wrong......they were one or two plays away from winning

Blame JG all you want but he didn't tip Dak's pass or let Cook catch a 30 yd pass with 3 secs left

If Dak and Zeke like him and respond to him that is good enough for me

I really enjoy this board having been a member since the beginning, but the Jason Garrett right kind of guy, we are building something special, steers Jerry in the correct direction, draft direction influencer, offensive guru, Tom Landry in the making BS, is just that.

He doesn't freakin' win!

it was a indeed bad decision fueled by panic from the sideline. Everyone was up to the line, so why not throw a quick toss to the sideline with the defense in some dissarray? That's a call made with half the time on the clock.
