I just hope Drew does not accumulate a lot of "rust" between now and camp, because (as seen today) it seems to take him a while to get into rythm, and in preseason games he will not get a whole half to work out the kinks.

Uh-oh. Did anyone else notice Henson looked a little hobbled when he got up after that last pass incompletion? Get him out of there NOW before he takes another shot to that same knee again.

For those of us who have not seen the game yet (I am at work) how many of those 12 incompletions were actually drops, how many were throw aways, and how many were just poor throws/decisions?

I want to say that at least half of them were drops but that might be a tad conservative. It's definitely not too far off the mark though.

Thanks.
Were they drops that were right on the money? Or difficult catches due to ball location?

I would say that at least 4 of them SHOULD have been caught. Most of the rest he threw away or were not close. There were a couple thrown in tight coverage that the D back knocked away.

I think Henson looks good. I like this kid but his WR's and TE's are terrible, they can't catch. He really has no help at all but I've been impressed with him. I like his game alot.

Yep agree, he should have been closer to 60% completion than the 40% odd he has finally. But I didn kind of suspected he might not have good statistical game, mainly because I thought he might have some tough time with trying to re-adjust with his injury.

But seems like his last game was success in that he had his team win, with his great throws helping them in doing so. Although I would like for him to play next game too, I don't think they are in any position to play in World bowl, with even the last good WR, using the term loosly about good, Starling out.

I think everything would have hinged on Henson playing a extrodinary game but doubt it would have mattered anyway, with the way their WRs were playing today. Samp who used to be pretty good early, pretty much has sucked past few weeks.

Henson's stats today aren't good...How could they be with the WR's dropping balls and then when the do catch them they are fumbling them...

Henson is going to beat Romo out when he starts playing with more talented players.

I liked how he stiff armed that guy today...It was nice.

Nice ending for his NFLE Season.

GO HENSON!

Add stiff arm onto his resume for position change to running back

Hey don't be pissed off because Henson looked good today...Unless of course you're not a Cowboy Fan.

I only watched the first quarter then I changed it. From what I seen in the first he made some nice handoffs and 2 nice passes.

Not pissed off at all :clubbed:

Decent numbers.

I am upbeat about the way he protected the ball...his pocket presence...his poise...how he went through his progressions and how he created when the pocket broke down.

Those were the things that I was most focused on...and I really think he did a good job in regarding these facets of the game.

It would have been nice if he had the completion percentage up a bit, but all in all those are pretty good numbers.
