This trash officiating needs to be called out. I'm tired of this be a nice sport and just outplay the refs utter incompetence or complete biased officiating. They are professionals and they need to be held to the same standards as coaching and players. It's amazing how they can decide games with incompetence and cooked calls and we're just supposed to act like it didn't happen. I applaud teams that call out the refs. I'm tired of our team smiling while the refs continue to steal games from us.

Agreed. The Cowboys lost because they allowed themselves to go down 21-3. If that doesn't happen, the game ends differently.

They lost because they put themselves in a big hole. They almost climbed out of it. If they don't put themselves in that hole, they win that games easily.

Exactly, most of that is Rodgers playing at an elite level, some of that is on our defense and some of it is the game being out of character. The normal character of a Dallas win is them controlling the game and the scoreboard with Zeke, but with the team down 21-3 he only had 90 yards rushing.

In the second half he had approx 90 yards rushing and we outscored GB, even with some of the miracle plays like long FGs and the 39 yard sideline pass. Zeke is the engine, today was further proof of that.

Someone needs to put together a video of the blunders and circulate it around twitter. String together previous unfairness against the team.

Hopefully it goes viral and gets the official fired or disciplined.

Then make it personal by naming the official and suggest reasons for why the cheating - gambling? relationship with other team owner or coach?

Hate to say it but I was considering this earlier today as well. I just don't have the skillset or energy required to pull this off. However, I'd want to do it for several other teams as well, just to see how we compare.

Or if not a video compilation, then maybe some set of statistics that paints a picture of how many times/game each team in the league is screwed over by blown and/or incorrect calls.

@percyhoward maybe? ;)

I'm genuinely curious to see if we really are getting the short end of the stick compared to most other teams, or if it's basically the same all over the league.

And then the NFL sends a cease and decist letter saying that all NFL film is trade marked or Youtube shuts it down when the NFL complains.

It's a nice thought don't get me wrong but it won't make a difference.

Heck, fans of every team complains about the calls for years and they still do not hire full time officials. Maybe if they did they would implement a tougher grading system that had stiffer repercussions for bad calls.

Right - I cannot put it together either.
if the fans get together, we can increase it twitter ratings correct?
200 people clicking 500 times may be enough to make it viral?

Imagine a twitter headline - NFL official ____ bet on Cowboys game

NFL would volunteering hurt its marketing by shutting down videos in Twitter?
For one official?

I was thinking a Cowboys Nation boycott until next season. Their ratings would plummet. *** em.
Crazy thought, but could you imagine if Jerry was so fed up that he started a new professional football league and moved the Cowboys over there as the inaugural team?

In all seriousness though, it would be nice if there was actually another professional football league worth watching besides the NFL.

If people get fed up enough, and NFL ratings drop considerably over the next few years, I could definitely imagine some competition springing up for the NFL.

Or simply adopt hockey rules and auto penalize any player or coach that dares question the officials. These guys are regular dudes and having celebrities like Rodgers, Brady, ect yelling at you starts to have an impact. The league is becoming unwatchable with every incomplete pass ending with a QB and receiver (and announcer) complaining wildly over a flag not being thrown.

Also allow a coach to use a challenge on a penalty if he wants instead of a regular call.

The NFL needs to fix this crap. It's driving fans away.

A Brady vs Rodgers Super Bowl would be huge.

Cowboys are a young team so the NFL can afford to leave them in the oven for years to come.

As long as the NFL keeps dangling a championship over fans heads, cowboys fans will continue to consume the product.

I read an article a while back in which it stated Packers had zero offensive holding calls on their o line in one season. That seems ridiculous.

And I think Packers have had no offensive hold calls against their oline since the playoff started this year.

That's how Rodgers is able to roast weenies in the pocket.

So I can see the Packers reaching the superbowl this year with a little help from the refs.

It'd be pretty easy. If someone really wanted to job them, they could capture the content, sprout a few hundred social media personalities, and then it doesn't matter how much the NFL wants them to cease, unless they can convince an offshore VPN to give up an IP (that you accessed through public wifi anyway) when the Feds can't get them to do it.

It happened similarly in the previous few months, broke eastern Europeans did a lot of it just to get click revenue. It's not that difficult, just takes time.

In reality, the NFL won't care until it affects their bottom line. Dallas getting jobbed doesn't hurt them, which is a common retort people use to say it isn't happening. The cap's still going up 10 million next year from ad revenue, it doesn't matter.

The only thing that will matter is everyone stops watching and buying stuff, emphasizing the crappy officiating as the reason. Until then, they have no reason to care. They're all cashing in and doing whatever they want anyway, and people still watch and purchase. The guys don't even have full-time officials, haha. Come on.

We got a web host guy here : )

The NFL may not care, but it is the official who gets his named printed a hate twitter that went viral.
Fan revenge against him PERSONALLY

I think an ideal scenario for the NFL is if the Cowboys end up 8-8 every year.
Because Cowboys are loved and hated, that's how they get huge ratings.

Fans tune in to see them win and trolls tune in to see them lose. An 8-8 season caters to the fans as well as the trolls evenly.
