I do remember a video store in Austin that also sold pizza, you could pick out your movie while you wait for your pie, or if feeling lazy they would actually deliver the pizza and movie........ it was the coolest thing ever at the time.
I had a Little Caesar’s pizza place right next to my video store. Genius placement if you ask me. Order your pizza and whatever and head next door to shop for videos while they fill the order.

Both perished at about the same time as I recall.

Star Trek: Picard S3 - The final 2 scenes are nothing short of iconic.
Yep. I'm a grown <expletive> man. I shed a tear. And then a BIG old belly laugh at the very end.

Watched the season finale of The Mandalorian. The last two episodes were...

I was skipping through YouTube that same night and all it had were negative videos on how Mandalorian Season 3 is a disappointment.

It used to be ‘those that can’t do” would teach, but now I guess they love to give us their opinion on YouTube.

I loved Season 3 and agree with you completely. Closest thing I’ve had reminding me how great it was watching Star Wars for the first time.

I Luv Video? There was 1 location that had the pizza with it near 35 and Braker.

The oldest one just recently closed up - I think there is a group that was trying to save it...not sure what happened with them.

I remember the I Luv Video stores, but don't think the one I was thinking of was one of those. I wasn't living in Austin at the time, but visiting a friend in North Austin, had to be in the 80's, think it was called Pizza and a Movie, or something similar.

When I did live in Austin, I did like the I Luv Video stores, you could find cool stuff you couldn't find elsewhere.

I just finished watching season 3 and it was absolutely amazing.

I was not expecting it because while I considered season 1 "good" (not great), I really did not care for season 2 at all.

It took me several tries over several months to watch it and I only finished it because I wanted to watch season 3.

Season 3 though was great and if that's the last season of the main cast, they definitely ended it better than most show series do.

I loved S1, and somewhat liked S2, but yeah, S3 was epic

Watching Harlots on Hulu about rival brothels in 18th century London. Only ran for 3 seasons 8 episodes each. Just about to start the last season. Good enough to keep you entertained and Liv Tyler joins the cast in season 2. I always like these time period type of shows.
