***Official Streaming Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other streaming sites thread***

Yeah. I liked the prequel mini series.
I tried watching Yellow stone before and could not get past the initial soap opera feeling.

I love landman. The dry sarcastic humor cracks me up.

I am a star trek fan but not trekkie level So I like those ones.

Also very underrated show on Paramount + is Mobland. Loved the first season.
Same here on Yellowstone. Not sure I understand why it's so big unless it feels that void for fans left behind from the days of nighttime network soaps like Dynasty and Dallas.

Threw on Hard Knocks: NFC East last night. There are two episodes out currently. Kind of funny......I’m so used to the Cowboys’ Sounds from the Sidelines with all the edited language that when Hard Knocks showed Dak swearing, it actually caught me off guard for a second. Then I remembered….oh right, this is HBO Max. Anyway, it’s a solid watch. It’s exactly what it always is.......Hard Knocks. I always enjoy the behind-the-scenes look at NFL teams.

Shows the Eagles floundering over their last few games. I'm all for the Eagles bombing, but as a human being, Nick Sirianni doesn’t seem like a bad guy, honestly.

The Commanders and Giants, though… man, they’re a mess. Both teams look like they’re just trying to survive the season and get it over with. The Giants’ interim head coach looks stiff in his speeches and just doesn’t seem natural in the role. Hard to imagine they don’t look elsewhere once the season ends.

As for Dallas, I still don’t know if Shotty is the guy, but I didn’t mind what he was saying or how he was running practices. During the Lions loss, they showed Stephen sitting like five seats away from Jerry in an otherwise empty press box. Thought that was interesting.

It started off pretty strong, but definitely went downhill.

I thought the clip of Schotty arguing with the ref after Ferguson was called for OPI was interesting. The refs claimed Ferguson was blocking! That makes the call even worse. How can an NFL call that play like that? It is absurd!

I watched Nero The Assassin on Netflix. I actually liked it. It's a French series dubbed in English. There are some little plot twists here and there that keep it interesting. I read there is a season 2 coming next October and I will be looking forward to it.

I can give it a 7 out of 10.

It Welcome to Derry.

Some of it was ok, most of it was kind of Meh or even silly.

With that said....I did like some of the last episode

Turns our the guy who had the physic abilities winds up being the same guy who talks to danny about the shining in the Shining movie. As he said he is moving out to be a cook at a hotel.
The Major, man with no fear, and his family will be staying at Derry. So the young man will wind up being the father of the librarian guy who stayed in Derry and remembers enough to bring the others back.

The girl who gets her eye damaged winds up being the mom of the Ritchie kid/adult that comes back in the It movies.

Landman looks cool - Sam Elliott, Andy Garcia, Billy Bob Thornton. 3 of my favorite actors.

Never found much interest in Tulsa Kings, although I know it's popular. Something about the mafia running Oklahoma didn't sound real.
I'm enjoying Landman so far.

MGM+ has Robin Hood. It's pretty good although one aspect is not historically accurate for the time (yes Robin Hood is fiction anyway) but they have the saxons still pagan and the normans forcing christianity on them. The saxons were already christian by the time the normans showed up.

It looks a little CW because of a young cast but the scripts are pretty good and they are trying to go the GOT route (shows the politics of the story) including casting Sean Bean as the Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin Hood kills people so it's violent, some sex scenes and some nudity as well. Connie Nielsen plays the queen. 8 of 10 episodes have aired.

CGI was terrible

I am watching it too although I have not seen the latest episode yet. I am enjoying it. But it is not your daddy's Robin Hood.

Agree with this assessment. Most of the non-Pennywise stuff was really corny. I did not care for
the military subplot or the Native American story.
I did like all the Easter Eggs and the cinematography on the last episode was good.
The backward time thing could be interesting.

I did not mind the Indian background/ tie in. Only makes sense since even in the older Pennywise movie, he had been there for many years and would only come out every 20 something years.

The two episodes of monsters coming out of women's Gina and the devil baby were stupid and looked to be nothing more than an attempt to be gory and shocking.

First episode of Fallout season 2 is out.

I really need to go back and watch the first season again.

Not sure how good this show would be without Walton Goggins and his character.

Put this in my query to watch later.
I think there is only three season but I did like this series.
Kind of wild and not too many episodes per season.
Both actors did a good job. Always liked Purefoy

If you like a little quirky series with a little action, thriller, crime and comedy and you have not watched this.

Give it a try. Only about 6 episodes per season and only three seasons. Easy to binge on a weekend.
I think you can watch them for free on Tubi, also on other services.

Yeah, but I think people keep trying to take those scenes at face value. Really, they’re part of the story. IT is meant to get under your skin, mess with your head, and tap into primal fears. King’s whole thing is psychological terror......that's why IT is a clown. lol Those moments relate to the characters and are supposed to be unsettling.

Fallout Season 2 Episode 1.

If you played Fallout 3, Fallout 3 Vegas and 4, you will recognize a lot more in this season, especially in the preview of upcoming episodes.

It's hilarious what they've done to lampoon corporate culture and Vault-Tec. Great scene with the girl's father.

I watched Mercy for None on Netflix. It's a Korean series, 7 episodes. Lots of fight scene, some of the best I've seen. It's kind of like the movie "Nobody". It's like John Wick without guns, Just knives. It is not about the plot, which is mostly about revenge. It is about the fighting which takes place in every episode.

For action and fighting I would give it a high score. It tries to give some twists and turns but it really is all about the fight scenes.
