Those that knock him for poorer competition in Div 2........well, his teammates are also not Div 1 quality, so think if he had an Amari Cooper catching or Elliiott running behind him. Better OL.

You gotta see it both ways. The guy will go in the first round-----how high remains to be seen. But my guess is it would be top 10 for sure.

Let's not put the anointment oil on just yet. Easy to forget Moore was pretty good in college in Division I with superior competition. We've drafted a few standouts from Division II that haven't worked out....Hunter and Wilcox (?)...among others.

All this does for me is that he's higher on my radar and pay more attention at senior bowl to see if it translates well to higher levels of competition.

Well, Wentz is projected as a 2nd round, and moving up quick to a 1st round.
Moore was undrafted, and spent how many years with Detroit, 3? not seeing the field, and would have been out of football most likely if not for Linehan bringing him here.

Not a good comparison IMO.

No trade down, take your QB at 4.don't mess around with the most important position in the team.

There is huge risk trading down. Love the concept but it allows someone to trade up above you. If you want one of the first rnd quality QB then you better just pick them unless all are still on the board which is very unlikely

Just cut the crap and take him at 4. Get your guy if you believe he can be the future.

Right, can't mess around and try to get cute to think you will out think everyone else. That result in failure every time. Unless you are the Commanders trading for RG3.......then it is a disaster...

Take the QB when you can and while one is there.

Wentz or Lynch. Goff is more prepared to play immediately. The other two are huge bundles of potential.

Agree with you there.......prefer Goff as well. Unfortunately, he will be taken before Dallas can pick. Dallas can get either Lynch/Wentz, depending who is still there.

Gonna be some disappointed folks when the boys take someone else at #4.

One thing is for sure: we will know more about him than every other team in the league which is a good thing.

Good day for him, especially considering the 3 months off. Still waiting to see how he fairs in the Senior Bowl against some better competition though. I expect him to perform well at his Pro-Day and at the Combine too.

Too soon at 4? Won't be available st 34

QB is always over drafted. 4 may be too soon but he won't last till the middle of the round. Not anointing him just the way it goes most times with qb's. To me he should have a second rnd grade but he is a QB and you can throw logic out the window
