Well, I'm not too happy with Roy right now, lol. I mean, part of a safeties job is to help in coverage. Heck, I would rather have safeties that are good in coverage, cause if I need one to be great in run support, that usually means I don't have a good front 7.

Totally agree, here. I would most certainly exchange a few of Roy's bone-jarring hits for a few more pass break-ups, deflections, INTs, mental lapses, etc...I'm just sick of it.

Watkins and Roy Williams combined to give up no less than three cataclysmic plays today that combined for 21 points to a bush league set of WR's today.

Our safeties in coverage continue to prevent us from becoming a dominant defense.

how bout getting a pass rush? the only way to have a dominant defense is to knock QB's down consistently...get in their face, bother them...sack them

we dont, and have never done that with any consistent success since Zimmer became DC

The pass rush was more than adequate today. The rest of the defense played their hearts out against the league's highest scoring offense in their backyard consistantly put in bad situation.

Well, I mean no offense to you either. Yes, last year, he won the Philly game. He also had a huge hand in losing that Skins game too.

This is the free pass I talk about. Was that a special play by Roy in the Philly game, or better yet I have another question.
