Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200 was done yesterday, along with mowing the law. Today I've got a couple hours of flag football practice, which is extra work on my off day.

Feeling really good.

Awesome, man! Have you been noticing results?

I'm hoping to do something like that this summer after I graduate.

This semester I've just been running 3x per week and I'm already down 25 lbs (I think I got about 15-20-25 lbs more to go).

But yeah I want to be healthy before I go to med school when I will definitely be very unhealthy.

Oh yeah I'm seeing results. I'm about 12 days away from taking my 60 day measurements and new weight.

Sculpt 3-4 is knocked down once more. I enjoyed the workout but I had to pull back just a bit tonight. I tweaked my groin muscle slightly during football practice yesterday so I took it a little easy tonight because even though I had no pain in the area anymore I didn't want to tweak it again. Figured I'd give it a little backed off work tonight to keep it healthy and keep myself going.

Had my first missed workout last night. I had to work late, then get a hair cut, and then prepare for a interview for a supervisors position today so I missed out last night. I'm back on track today though. Working out soon as I get home.

Well, I've had 17 days of workouts so far and I can see results already...

I have not eaten any junk food and I think that helps.

One thing I noticed is, after some workouts I feel strong and good, then on another day afterwards I feel weak and gimpy...so, I don't know what is happening to my body.

In other workouts that I've done, I've never felt that before. I think it's because of "muscle confusion"?

In the yoga, when I try and come from "down dog" into "the warrior" I almost always lose my balance like a newborn deer...sweating like a hooker in church!

I think a lot of those feelings have to do with how hard you push in each particular workouts. I have felt the same way many times over myself.

P90x yoga is no joke. It's incredibly hard to get over the hump with it. I think I bailed after the first 35 minutes about 5 times before I finally made it through the whole thing. I then kicked myself in the *** as I realized that it gets MUCH easier after the first 37 minutes. :D

I had no problems with the other workouts....but the yoga. Eeesh.

I'm not doing that X...that scares the hell out of me! I'm a wimp...

It does feel good.

;)

I knocked out my Sculpt 3-4 last night and did really well. Tonight I'm going to unfortunately miss my Sweat 3-4 because I've got to go lay down shortly and sleep. I'm starting my new shift tonight, which happens to be my one midnight to eight in my schedule each week, as I was able to get my promotion to a Supervisor. I just found out at about 10 am this morning while I was working my 8-4 shift.

I'll make it up on Sunday by not taking the day off and either getting a workout in or getting my football practice in.

Sculpt 3-4 was knocked out once agian today. I've felt really good about my workouts as I can tell I'm really getting a lot stronger as I do them.

Continuing to keep my workouts up to date. I'm actually thinking I'm going to like this schedule change because it allows me to work out earlier in the day which I enjoy more than waiting till the end of the work day. So I'm feeling really good. I didn't eat good at all this weekend and I'm really upset about that but I;m getting that back on track today.

I killed it this weekend as well.

Lots of food and drinks. Im still bloated today from Saturday. I can't wait to get a workout in today and sweat some of this out.

Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200 was done today! I feel great! My legs are kinda sore today but it's been a good day. Day 60 is two days away!! Almost time for new measurements and weigh in.
I'm looking forward to it but I'm also nervous as hell about it.

Knocked out Sculpt 3-4 again tonight. It felt absolutely great! I've got a couple midnight to eight shifts tonight and tomorrow night which is going to really mess with my sleep schedule for this week but I'll get my rest and get my workouts in. I am just not sure about weighing in tomorrow morning now. It's weigh day but I'll be coming off a midnight to eight so I won't have slept any.

If I came home and slept and weighed in the afternoon is that going to be the same as weighing first thing in the morning or should I wait until Saturday morning when I can weigh after sleeping properly the night before?

From other workout methods, it suggested that you weigh yourself in the morning right after you get up. Just be sure that when you come home tonight to eat something light...and drink some water, go to sleep.

I'm just in day 24 of the I-II...I can't believe that I have not missed a workout. I did sculpt today and am kinda sore all over, but not that bad. I hope I can get to 90 days.

I'm not using the bands, but I am switching up my weights for the different exercises.

And, what is really jacked up? When I first started...I regretted the cardio, now, I sort of want to do it, and not the sculpt!

And, what scares me is that I'm just doing the I-II until the end of this month, then I'm going to try the III-IV...

You're doing awesome man!

The cardio for 3-4 is the same as 1-2 it's just more rounds of each set of moves. There is basically an additional 8 or 10 minutes added to the workout. You'll do great.

I got my workout in yesterday of Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200. It felt pretty good but it wasn't the best workout. Working the midnight to eight shift causes my body to react a little differently and doesn't give me quite the same energy so it wasn't as good as I'd have liked but still pretty good.

My knees are getting really sore from the jumping jacks and the arm lunges!

So, they can take this job and shove! I ain't working out tomorrow! I'm hurting and sore.

But, I'm going to play tonight. Call in sick....

 It's working....

Workouts have still been getting completed and I weighed and everything today.

For month 2 I've lost another 7 lbs. I'm down 14 so far in the first two months.
I also lost another half an inch, slightly more, in my chest, I gained a little in my left bicep, my right stayed the same as did my thighs, my hips stayed pretty much the same but my waist lost another 2.5"! I was very happy with that!

I'm going to push really, really, really hard for the final 30 days because I've already decided that I'm moving to P90x after that. I want to be as ready as possible for that.
