Okay?Getting rid of an All-pro defender in his prime would be stupid. He’s not the problem. The problem is the front office’s refusal to sign any real free agents and build a proper team.
But you believe that incompetent FO can build around him?Micah is a future hall of famer. You don't trade hall of fame players in their prime. You build around them.
This is the dumbest thing and I don't believe it for a second, even knowing how incompetent our front office is.
They are incompetent, but they're not that incompetent. But you believe that incompetent FO can build around him?
Are they incompetent or not? You can't pick and choose when to call them incompetent.
I'f prefer to watch Micah win instead of being another victim of the Precott Era of the Cowboys.
Not buying it, they have come out every time saying he is apart of their futurehttps://athlonsports.com/nfl/dallas...internally-jerry-jones-stephen-jones-contract
Don't know what I feel about this one. We'd have 75% of our defense gone if he's traded.
Agree.Two number ones or a 1 and 2 twos?
Worth it.
If Jerry is not going to do anything, then what is the point of the conversation?First, Jerry is not going to sign 2 significant free agent players. Micah is due to make $24 million this year. If the extend him they could reduce his CAP to a very small number. Then, you assume they will draft two "starters" But Mazi is a starter. We need players like Micah, not Mazi. You cannot be assured that any rookie they draft will be any better than Mazi and certainly not as good as Micah.
Not the problem, but also not the solution.Getting rid of an All-pro defender in his prime would be stupid. He’s not the problem. The problem is the front office’s refusal to sign any real free agents and build a proper team.
He is on pace with some of the all time greats in sacks. What else can they do to maximize his impact?I would love to keep him but like you say, I don't trust them maximizing his impact.
If thats the haul you move him. FastTwo number ones or a 1 and 2 twos?
Worth it.
