Well if you are having problems defending the kick return, there is no better way to defend it than to kick it so far back that the other team can't return. If this guy can force other teams to start from the 20 instead of the 35 all year long, we've accomplished something great.

Wait at least until the season is over before you write-off all of our picks as failures and all of our rival as having the greatest drafts ever.

There were people on here calling Carpenter and Marcus Spears great picks while going bonkers over Felix, Demarcu, Folk, et al as wasted picks.

I just watched that video of him in another thread....the guy is a little bit bigger than quite a few guys on his team...and we are talking about USC here.....very strong leg as well. If he can be accurate in the pre-season, Buh-bye Folk...unless they keep both which would be unusual.

Ok this pick just puts the cherry on top of just how garbage this draft is. I dare any of you to justify that pick with our 5th compensentory pick! Let me get this straight. We have a 24 year old probowl kicker and we draft another one in the 5th round!!!!??? I want some justice and explanation. I really dare someone to persuade me on that pick. Anyone? Your telling me a 2nd kicker has more value than an actualy football player!?

So many other players that can actually come in and contribute, and yet we go with a kicker when we already have a 24 year old probowl kicker. Someone set me straight because I'm about to punch walls in my house.

That's a nice try but Nick Folk kicks 55 yrd FG in his sleep and the only reason he didn't get touchbacks was because Read was a ******* and told him to kick it to the side instead of straight.

i think they will try him some at FB, while at same time, kickoff

remember in the arizona game that the kickoff guy for arizona, the cowboys corneded him near the sideline, but Folk didnt come up into the hole to seal it off,

so i think to a degree the cowboys are sending a signal to Folk, you had better attempt to tackle more on kickoffs if your the kicker or you might be out of a job

If you wait, someone takes him as a full time kicker....he was the 2nd highest rated kicker in the draft, exactly where our current kicker was, only he has a stronger leg than Crosby or anyone since Janokowski.

I think people are going to be very happy to see two kickers on the roster when they see what he can do and the difference that makes in your team.
