I just watched this this morning and totally agree with Mike.
However, what really got me was watching Mike, a man who is always positive about the Cowboys, talk about them like the rest of us.it was surreal to see.
I've never seen Mike beaten down and hopeless about the Cowboys but there he was, a beaten Cowboys fan just like all of us.

Deion would have held players accountable in ways we haven't seen in this franchise since Parcells left.

I have said this for 30 years: Quoting myself....."The Dallas Cowboys have not been the same since Micheal Irvin retired" Many will say Jimmy Johnson and I will agree but Irvin played with such HEART & PASSION. Irvin was a headcase when he played but he demanded himself and his teammates to play their ***** off. He practiced hard and played in games the same way.

Irvin was All In and expected others to be. No exceptions.

I saw that and my first response was “I love Irvin”. The emotion and frustration was nice to see. First Aikman said this isn’t a coveted job and now Irvin went nuclear. Finally people are not pandering to Jerry. This is what we’ve been wanting. Media people hitting Jones with truth and not holding back. Irvin hit it dead on tho. The stuff about commanders and Eagles and losing the title of America’s team was meh. What Irvin nailed was the comparison between Sears and Amazon; blockbuster and Netflix. That was gold right there. That was money. The game has passed Jerry by and he won’t adjust. There’s this thing called FA that Jerry just won’t engage. Also Irvin nailed it with the culture and the discipline issues. I hope Jerry hears that. I know he won’t change anything but if Irvin, the ultimate Cowboys fan, dropped bombs and displaying that much anger it has to signal to Jerry he’s losing fans. I never thought I’d see the day Irvin is screaming into the camera and cursing directly at/about Jerry.

It's not just Jerry losing touch with common people....it's the entire Jones family. They have no idea how to run this franchise anymore.
