I'm still thinking about kicking the tires on Trent Richardson. A 25-year old, #3 overall pick in the draft, once considered "the best running back prospect since Adrian Peterson". A zone-scheme running back who has been miscast since entering the league.

I think that talent is at least worth a look.

Rawls is who they will bring in. Richardson is a complete bust and failure

I can certainly see why anyone would think that, but the more I look into him, the more intrigued I am. He's been miscast in every running game he's been in since he's entered the league, but Dallas runs a zone blocking scheme like he did at Alabama. That, along with familiarity of Dallas' coaches, makes me wonder if they're not at least considering it.

A former #3 overall talent considered "can't miss" who has struggled early on in his career sounds an awful lot like the guy we did sign just a few months ago.

Just thinking about him at Alabama where everything just screamed can't miss makes him very intriguing

Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said RBs Montee Ball and Kapri Bibbs will get the 'bulk of the work' in the fourth preseason game.

Getting a lot of work in the fourth preseason game is never a good sign for a player's roster status. Ball has fallen way behind C.J. Anderson, Ronnie Hillman and even Juwan Thompson on the depth chart. At this point, he is just fighting for a roster spot. It is a fight he may end up losing.

Not sure who this Bibbs guy is but if it is down to just these two for the last spot do we want Ball if he can't beat out this Gus Johnson for the Broncos? Starting to look a little bleak when it comes to young available RB with upside.
