Probowl and Dak

So poor coaching didnt cost us against the Rams? LOL. Sure bro. And youre so right. Romo only had a HOF Tight end and 2 HOF WR to throw too. I forgot.
And Dak has a HOF Back and 3 HOF OL and needed the front office to use a first to bring in a wideout for him to look decent

Oh yeah. Romo didnt have 2 HOF OL for 4 years either. Dude this isnt an attack on Romo. I know you love him. I am simply saying. Romo had way more weapons than Dak has. You want to compare Terrell Owens to Amari Cooper and Geoff Swaim to Jason Witten? Go right ahead. Hint. The latter are better players lol. And for the record. Who cares about the weapons they had? Its Daks fault they built a good team? I guess Goff and Mahomes should trade in all of their weapons just to prove how "good" they are.

I support Dak, but this stuff is silliness

You KNOW it's a team game, so why do you bother quoting team stats to prop up one single player?

Neither Dak nor Tony play ANY defensive position. Neither kick or field kicks, neither block or play WR
Come on
Romo was the FG holder though..... Well kind of

How many of those OL played this season? How many were hurt? How did Dak look when all 3 OL and Zeke didn't even play week 17?

Hate to break it to you but almost every QB needs weapons or at least a weapon.

You look at the final 4 teams. EVERY one had a very good to great Oline. EVERY one had playmakers and a sense of dual threat capabilities. EVERY one had great coaching.

People miss Romo because there is way more evidence to prove Romo was a superior QB to Dak during his tenure.

Like its not even close.

For example, this spin that this board uses now is “since the cooper addition, dak was a top 10 qb”.
Meanwhile, Romo was a top 10 qb and winning games against top defenses throwing to Jesse Holley, Laurent Robinson, and Kevin Ogletree.

You say Romo fumbled a snap, I can say well Romo didnt go 1 for 10 on third down in a playoff game.

None of the games we lost in the playoffs with Romo were due to his poor play. Poor coaching and poor defense led to those 4 losses.

All of this Romo/Dak crap is pointless anyway. No team has exactly the same talent and skillset at QB when a new player steps in, nor do they have the same team and circumstanced at all times. And the reality is, regardless of which is better or worse, one may accomplish more than the other based on supporting cast and circumstances, and possibly even a ball bouncing the right or wrong way at a key moment. In the end, Romo will be judged on how he played and what he accomplished, and Dak will be judged on he plays and what he accomplishes.

So was just watching the precision passing at the probowl and I remember Dak haters saying your terrible he was because he got like 11 points or something 2 years ago.

Well last year Wilson got 9 and this year Luck got 5.......... Safe to say Dak haters getting proved wrong once again.

By the way Adam Theilen got 10 and Von Miller got 2
Yah luck getting 5 means Dak is a better QB. Great detective work son.

What percentage of likes? Quality over quantity. Lol

Some of us OG Members from 2004 and 2005 posted alot before the likes were implemented on the forum. Likes is a new feature, I believe we’ve only had it for about 3 maybe four years..

@Risen Star

He’s a likes collector and forum Villain personna.

We had an Admin with a screen name of @Hostile

He is a Cowboy Historian from Arizona, I believe he writes book and hoops and hollers at the tv during games. He might even say that he’s stoic like Tom Landry..

And there are many more, @Reality is really Jerry Jones...

Shhhh

Can't see why some can't pull for both, but with this TRUTH in mind.

And how did Dak look last year without Martin or Tyron?

Oh yea, he had a sub 90 rating and our season went to the bushed once Zeke was out

I like how you leave out Zeke and the running game we have now vs when Romo was here.

Dak gets the benefit of having the best running back in the league that defenses key in on.

When Romo was here, teams had to try and take away the passing game.

Prime Zeke. Thats like taking away prime Emmitt from Troy. Its funny how you keep leaving him out. How did Dak look without Zeke those 6 games?

Hes only looked good without Zeke 2 times in 8 games and both of those came against the horrible Giants teams.

Now compare that to how Romo played with the likes of Felix Jones, Tashard Choice, and Julius Jones in the backfield
