look I actually was looking forward to playing this guy and I'm not going to cheer on the fact that he got injured but it couldn't have happened to a better dude sorry that's how I feel about this dude he's got it just a bad attitude it's quirky personality and stand opposite makes people not like him.. I would have preferred our focus of our defense and our team in game preparation to be preparing for Aaron Rodgers because I don't want our team to think this is going to be an easy game because they have one of the best defenses special teams run game they got a good coaching staff.. They still are a dangerous team our Achilles heel is stopping a team that is willing to run all game and barely pass play great defense and special teams and wait till you make a mistake so they can win the game...

That sucks. He seemed rejuvenated. A lot of people HATE on him as if he did them dirty personally…..I don’t think like that….dude a hell of a player, was kind of excited to see what he did with that team…..OBVIOUSLY I would NEVER root for them or any one else against that the cowboys, but I like to see what other players do with other teams, I watch lots of different games on Sunday ticket so I kind of root for other teams to end up second to cowboys. So he didn’t want the poke, who cares, turns out most people didn’t need it anyways, no need to hate him for it.
"hell of a player" won a single Super Bowl...on a wild card team...that was 10-6 during the regular season.

Packers were more than happy to take on the $40M of dead money to move on from Rodgers this past offseason.
I don't know that they would be giddy about it sure they're content they got rid of the past and moved on to the future but not getting as big a draft picks is very upsetting to them if that injury hurt their draft pick they were gonna get.. which is a cowboys fan i'm a little giddy about so yeah..

Was this sarcasm for being with the team for 15 years and blaming Mike McCarthy for not getting back to another Super Bowl and then he just never does....?? I mean if you were serious that's fine but I trying to read the sarcasm in there.. He was one of the most accurate smooth passers I've ever seen but the fact is he still only has one Super Bowl and it was with Mike McCarthy and I find that amusing and some vindication for Mike McCarthy feels a little good..

The Cowboys may not score 40 this weekend, but the Jets won’t score much more than zero. It would be nice to play a team that the Cowboys would have to work hard to beat, this game won’t be it. 27-6.

Even with forcing 4 turnovers, they needed overtime to win. Defense is really good but their OL is weak and can easily be had. Wilson isn't a good QB and his teammates hate him.

If we protect the ball and force Wilson to beat us, we can win. But I am fearful of their DL vs our OL. We need to establish the run.

Hopefully we don't get a repeat of 2019 when Sam Darnold looked like Tom Brady. But our defense is much better than that terrible defense.
Yeah but Sam darnold almost did it to us again with Carolina I was there and we took over in the third quarter but it was close in the first half and then he threw a couple bombs in garbage time that nearly got them back in that game so this team is susceptible to that that was in 2021 I believe the Carolina game at AT&T?? There might be a natural let down and I'm hoping that's not the case knowing oh aaron rodgers isn't coming so we could take a breath... Don't blame the old defenses did you not see the Jacksonville and Green Bay game last year this defense has consistency issues just like the offense.. It's hard to play at that level for 17 games for any team so you never know what's gonna happen football's like a box of chocolates lol..

It could be one of those games it's gonna be like 13-10.. The Jets know how to run the football play defense play good special teams and they coach well they can dirty up a game in a hurry just like our defense but I hate to break it to you if they really want to run the ball for 60 minutes our team is not set up to stop the run as it is the pass.. I mean the giants gave up on the run really fast but they were running over us our special teams bailed our defense out in that first quarter.. don't think The Jets aren't washing that first quarter and going well we could do that for four quarters and yeah it might end up being a low scoring game but they don't mind eating clock and waiting for us to make a mistake on offense or special teams you know kevonte Turpin with his bubbling and fumbling you just never know how a game is gonna go...

Go back and look at all the fans here that wanted the Cowboys to trade for him. Lol
That's not fair. Some empty chest thumping. Injuries are dumb luck sometimes. Only thing going against him was he was older, but he doesn't have much history of injuries. I'd still take him for a first round swap and 5th rounder, or whatever bargain deal it was. You can't find QBs like that.

Just texted my cousin to tell him he may be the last person to ever escort Rodgers from the field.
I don't like him, but I hate to see his season, or especially his career end this way.
he should of retired adn went out on time father time gets every one eventually

I doubt his career is over. I think he'll definitely be back next season. QB is probably the easiest position on the field to recover from an achilles injury, regardless of age. Mobility wasn't his thing anyway. He won't go out like this, and while this was a freak accident with the defender coming down on the back of his leg in a way that the achilles was stretched unnaturally, you can bet the Jets #1 #2 and #3 goals in the offseason will be to improve that OL.
