Slammin Salmon 8/10, If u like Super Tropers then this is a must see funny as ****

The entirety of Super Trooper or just like the first 10 minutes or so?

Hot Tub Time Machine. 7/10

Very funny, however it appears comedies aren't "comedies" unless they are full of raunchy, gross-out humor. I know American Pie really started this off, but this movie takes it to the extreme in several scenes! Still funny though.

If anybody has some good documentaries or good reality tv shows, let me know.

Watching this stuff on the iPhone sure does make the drive and the workday go by faster :laugh2: .

Cocaine Cowboys - A documentary from every side about the boom of drug trade in Miami. It's a very intriguing documentary. The second one bored me to death, though.

Man on Wire - A documentary about the guy who walked between the twin towers.

I have heard of Man on Wire, but it just didn't seem that interesting. I will put Cocaine Cowboys on my list though.

cocaine cowboys is really good, part 2 is really bad.

one of my favorites is the king of kong.

It has no information value, you will not learn anything but you will be thoroughly entertained.

and of course, enron the smartest guys in the room which is a great one and is on cnbc tonight.

King of Kong was great. It was hilarious how Donkey Kong could generate such an entertaining hero vs villain story. Geeks galore in that one.

Anyone have Angels & Demons? I stopped watching it half-way through because the audio was not in sync with the video. Anyone else have that problem?

Also, incredulous that the Vatican archive, being the size it is, could run out of air in like 2-3 minutes. What was the air getting sucked out? IDK, still scratching my head there.

Try microwaving your head until the popping noises between your ears slow to one every 2-3 seconds*. Remove head from microwave carefully as contents will be hot. Watch movie again and you should see an Oscar worthy film. If not, repeat the microwaving process until you too believe that DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons are the two greatest cinematic masterpieces of the 20th century.

*Excessive microwaving of brain may cause scorching and an undeniable attachment to NASCAR.

Yeah, The Smartest Guys in the Room was just fantastic. That was actually the first documentary I watched on my iPhone.

With audio and video footage, it showed just how arrogant and greedy the traders and executives of Enron really were.

Yea but we saw more of Crowes skin than hers. I know her appeal is more for her face than body but I can do w/o the grandma dresses

State of Play was horrible and Ben Affleck turned in another banal and wooden acting performance.

It's pretty dang crazy. One thing that shocked me was hearing an Enron executive call an investor of his company a bad word (language filter *sigh*) during a voice conference.

The culture at Enron was pretty dang Darwinian x 100.

I work for a City Government (not for long I hope) and we could use a little bit of that around here though.

It was about a child molester who's being deified because he made some culturally empty pop songs.

Really it wasn't about anything, it was 98% just footage of him and dancers/singers rehearsing for the tour. Pretty underwhelming really, but impressive seeing the work that goes into a tour like that.

Oh shutup and get off your high horse. MJ was the greatest man. So you give it 0/10 so either you saw a movie a about a person you can't stand or you haven't seen it and decided to give a movie you haven't seen a 0/10. Either way that sounds stupid.
