Ha! I figured this move would be right up your alley, man!
No way never been a fan and would not make the team better.

The difference in talent between the two is very big. One is at the top of his game and one of the best at his position the other is a JAG now.Might as well with Hardy on board.
I think there's a better chance that Bill Bates is our starting RB next season than there is that it's Ray Rice.
Peo who need peo are the luckiest peo in the world.
3.3 per carry isn't a backup. That's NFL Europe type stuff.
Instead of going after peterson or spending a first round pick on a rb, why isn't Ray Rice a good football option? he's only 28, he can run btw the tackles, pass block and catch out of the backfield and can probably be had for less years (like 1 year), less guaranteed (like veteran's minimum) and less risk than a drafted rookie running back.
So the only thing I can see people having apprehension with is the domestic violence issue. But as far as a team that had enough faith to keep josh brent and sign greg hardy, it seems like a moot point to me. Unless it's too much baggage to handle? thoughts?
This is true but we have people excited about a 3.3 yards per carry failure in Oakland. Surely we can spin something for Rice too.
What were McClains stats in Oakland?
Did he have other ILBs out performing him on his own team?
3.3 sucks regardless of circumstances.

Not at all the same situation, and a bad example...rolando mcclain was a round 1 draft pick and selected 8th overall, ray rice was a 2nd rounder
Maybe so.. I still think he'll do well here if he stays healthy.
A RB with all of his traits should produce.
What runningback wont do well here? We have a premiere offensive line that any team would take in a heartbeat....just because of that we dont and shouldn't go out and get every has been or top notch runningback out there. Use the oline as planned and save some cap at the same time, by using the rbs we have on the roster ... I mean im sure cj2k could run for 2500 yards behind this oline
Jay Ajayi
Ajayi will do fine if, and it is a big if, his knee is okay.

There are enough RB's to choose from the Cowboys don't need to roll the dice on a medical problem.
Catch you actually would be on board with bringing ray rice in?? Step back and take a look at the big picture...save yourself alot of time and lets move on to the next thread shall we?
