How do you know that haven't addressed running back like they should? They have 6 of them
Having 6 RBs doesn’t mean they have an addressed it. Remember last season? When James Washington was brought in and the WR group was handled? How did that work out? It’s ok to admit the FO didn’t address this position properly. The fact you’re constantly defending their actions when they themselves came out and said they didn’t address the WR position properly last season is getting old. If pollard goes down the RB position is the glaring weakness on this team.

You don't like Davis and Duece? The receivers are good now. Overall they have built an outstanding team.

Legal troubles? Good he’s cheap.
Now, you know what will happen here... lol
If Cook is signed by anyone else, he'll have a 4 game suspension in 2024.
If Dallas were to sign him... full season suspension.
And an additional 8 game suspension for Zeke because it had to be his fault.

The team didn’t even like Davis last playoff game when pollard went down. Yes the receivers are good. NOW! Last season. They banked on Gallup being healthy when he wasn’t and James Washington. Jesus the team admitted they fumbled the position and you won’t even admit it. They’re doing the same thing this year with RB. Hope pollard stays healthy and if it doesn’t work they will try and correct and trade for a RB in the season. My God man you can’t admit when this team even remotely doesn’t do something right can you?

Is this one of those deals where one of the banned substances was a fine print ingredient in something he thought was legal?

It’s a tough position. If Pollard is healthy but needs a few weeks to get back to 2022 level, is Davis the right guy to decide your playoff seeding?

I get he’s a valuable young prospect that you want to see, but it seems like such an unnecessary risk for a potentially NFC contender
not sure if there is really an FAs out there that can help out, except for cook. he wants a lot of money and not sure if its wise to spend 20M in the backfield, knowing that each will get about 10-12 carries a game. but then again, would that be a move to say you are all in. I am also not sure if Cook would sign a one year deal, if there are others that offer more gaurantee money, so he is probably not a real option. so given there are RBs out there, which are not far from Jones, lets wait and see what the young kids can do before dipping in the market.
