Realistically, the Eagles will win the East. So, here's the wild-card race

Didn't we hold them with no TD last season when we historically had the worst defense? They can look and see how they stay disciplined in their assignemnts to stop the run. Stop the run and force Sanchez to throw against a press coverage vs zone.

Matt Barkley <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Any other QB in existence.

You also said they weren't going to win in Dallas too. So much for that, I guess.

Also worth mentioning that while the Cowboys are 5-0 on the road, the Eagles are 6-0 at home and the Linc has become an actual home field advantage compared to the awful HFA it was before this year. I expect a closer game because the Cowboys straight got their doors blown off a few days ago (which was great, btw) but I don't see that happening again although I still do see the Eagles winning the game.

Damn right I said that!! Wonderful hindsight you have!!! Wow amazing!!! That 6-0 will be 6-2 when all is said and done.

When it's all said and done the loss to Washington we'll likely come back to haunt the Cowboys. Every season they lose to someone they should have beat and the loss comes back to bite them. Since the loss to Washington the Cowboys are 2-3 and look nothing like the team that beat Seattle and NO. On Thursday they looked like the team they were last year.

Did Barkley start??

No. But in a two score game, that is the last guy any Eagles fan wants to see take the field. Your defense played well that game, there is no denying that but I would temper your expectations if you are expecting that again in Philly this year. But by all means, if you think it's gonna happen then cool.

Philly will lose in SEA next week, and if Dallas beats then the week after back in first place. Whats with all this realistic talk?

As mentioned the game is in Philly and 3 of Seattle's 4 losses are on the road. The Seahawks don't score a lot of points especially on the road so their D better show up. The Cowboys will have their work cut out for them in Chicago on Thursday night facing a couple of receivers that torched them last season in Chicago. The Cowboys season will be on the line in Chicago they'll be virtually done if they lose that game with Philly and Indy coming up.

I tend to agree although I think Indy is a winnable game (wish it wasn't home). They have serious offensive line problems which could help our defensive line, but if we can't beat a team who has given up on the season and who's fan base has turned on them then we don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

Run the ball, run it again and then run it again.

Not if the criteria used is the worst game of the year for us.

I thought that was the San Fran game..........oh wait, maybe that was the Commander game..........oh wait, maybe that was the Arizona game......................we sure have had a lot of "worst game of the year" lately.

Lol so funny how everyone just ripped us and wrote us off. We win next two and Eagles lose next two, which is realistic, we are in first place. So I'm not being happy w just going for wild card

Holy irony Batman!

Cherry picking was the point.

Think about what I did there. And what i'm criticizing you for.

I have 7 games to pick from where we beat sub 500 teams................you have 1 game to pick from where we beat a team above 500....................I think everybody sees who is cherry picking, but whatever.

Chip is God to Philly fans and now some of our own.

Winning division titles will tend to do that.............................Opie has been head coach almost half a decade and is still looking for his first winning season................it is what it is.

Yup it'll do it to the fare-weathered fans.

Speaking of the Colts OL problems the Skins just strip sacked Luck. If the Cowboys lose to Chicago the Colts game might not matter because I don't see the Cowboys beating Philly. With 7 teams that have 3 to 5 losses this could be one of those rare seasons where 11 wins may not be enough to get a wildcard.

You are the one making like beating teams we are supposed to beat seem like a bad thing.
