Man... *** this dude
OT: look at a recent pic of canTANKerous Lawrence:
Notice the depth of dishonesty fuzzy quickly goes to.
In posts #134 & 137 he trumps up Todd Archer's claims that Jaylon was currently (as of January) running without a brace.
Then, after I educate him on the fact Archer went back and corrected himself and confirmed Jaylon indeed runs WITH a brace, fuzzy quickly pivots and tries to dismiss Archer's comments as old. You know, the very same comments he tried to stand on.
The hallmark of a charlatan.

I'm not a huge fan of fuzzy (not an insult just my feeling) but everyone in this thread should hope he's correct. Arguing so vehemently against a position we'd all like to be true is pretty foolish. Like... for what?
This is more stupidity where you talk around my argument with an ad hominem and never address it. Charlatan indeed.
If he had been running without a brace for months prior to new years that would have been interesting.
Him running with a brace for months prior to new years is not interesting. Everyone knew he wore an AFO last year.
It's a different circumstance and sorry that my being wrong on a point doesn't make for an automatic win.
And I directly address your accusations. You ignore my post demonstrating how you have gone back and forth claiming that his nerve has and has not fired for months. Charlatan indeed.

That's the thing. Nobody is arguing for the alternative. Folks are just catching on that fuzzy is talking out his arse, just because his claim is what we all want to see doesn't make it more palatable.
Let the evidence speak for itself and not twist the facts until it suits a narrative.
I never said anything about him being in the dark. That is you and Syd's assertion that I disavow. I am just saying he doesn't have enough information to make a decision thus him saying "we will see."
When do players return to the Star for offseason workouts this year?
I make no comment about the totality of his knowledge only his inability to come to a conclusion from it.
Him saying that he may or may not have to wear a brace is hardly contradictory with him not having enough information to make a decision at this time.
Quite frankly it's pretty stupid to claim that it is but good job in not thinking for yourself and regurgitating Syd's asinine argument.
I get that, but feels like it puts you and others in the position of trying to will something negative into existence. You can argue against his logic/sources/position etc without taking the opposite stance. Just my opinion. Argh. Jaylon may be the biggest cowboys storyline since TO. So much hinging
So Stephen Jones apparently "doesn't have enough information to make a decision," but our resident message board "maroon" has somehow gathered enough evidence through fragmented quotes, extrapolations and photo sleuthing to dogmatically claim Jaylon Smith can lift his foot and doesn't need an AFO anymore.
Brilliant.
Everyone except you, which is EXACTLY why you tried touting the bogus Archer tweets before you got corrected.
That's probably because he's purposely tried to turn it into a "us vs. them" dichotomy. If you disagree with his slanted takes you automatically get put into the "Jaylon haters" category.
I think most folks realize what's being argued, which is simply letting the facts/evidence speak for itself.
yeah it's my fault. I categorize people into hater/fan.
You are hung up on me but that is hardly my fault either. You are the one that give ad hominem after ad hominem avoid argument and abandon merit.
Honestly, I read all these posts and am still confused what the debate actually is. Smith's nerve is firing, he's improving gradually. The team expects him to play regardless starting in OTAs, and there's a possibility he may not even need a brace to play at that point. That's all stuff everybody agrees is happening, right? Is the whole debate surrounding the pace to-date for shedding the brace/wearing a newer model/no brace at al?
They don't like me. That is basically it.
You have been right on many occasions dealing with Jaylon and from the startThey don't like me. That is basically it.
They insist that he must still need an AFO. I say it's very possible he doesn't. That is what it ostensibly about.

Two things can be equally true:
1) You're a blathering bag of hot air;
2) People don't like you.
Don't make the mistake of thinking each is mutually exclusive.
