Even though time is running out, the prospect of winning a championship meant nothing to him. A few extra shillings and suddenly he's a Dolphin. I just love your priorities, Terry.

He offered to sign the contract, JJ locked him out and cut him. Don't blame this on Terry Glenn.

I'm just glad he didn't go to the Eagles (or any contender). He can go have a 1,600 yard, 18 TD season with the Dolphins, won't hurt the Cowboys any.

Well, I wish Terry Glenn nothing but the best. He was a pretty productive player here and I respect the fact that he tried like hell to play last year.

Terry Glenn is going to make Ted Ginn a BEAST! Both from Ohio State both the same type of player except i think Ginn is faster than Glenn ever was. Good pickup for the Dolphins.

And to people thinking he shouldv'e signed with the Jags for a ring there no guarantee that he gets playing time with that team. They just paid alot of money to Troy Williamson to be their speed guy. Glenn isn't taking his spot there.

I'd like to know what the 'official' story was on the split contract because I continue to read two sides to that story.

One says he agreed to sign it.

Another says he didn't.

That point makes a lot of difference to me.

As for signing with Miami, it doesn't surprise me in the least.

And it shouldn't surprise anyone else.

Parcells is nothing but loyal - especially to 'his guys'.

For better or worse.

And just like I figured in Dallas, I don't think he'll play much in Miami either -if at all.

Oh yeah it's on Terry.
JJ upped the offer from 350k to 500k and TG gambled, waited until the last minute and lost.
JJ did not complain about the 5 million he paid TG last year for a handful of downs did he?

Don't let the facts get on the way of a good story.

I don't know where to start here...
1.TG is done..he was let go because he was not gonna pass a physical.
That knee of his is like shredded cheese,he is done.
2.T Williamson the speed guy?...the Minnesota bust?
That guy couldn't catch a cold at a Day Care center!

The Fort Worth Star Telegram reports that Terry Glenn is expected to sign with the Dolphins.
Glenn was let go by the Cowboys over the weekend and there was immediate speculation that he'd be reunited with Bill Parcells in Miami. Jul. 29 - 7:55 pm et

well that is a bummer.

once they get one of our young corners and wr after the cutdown they are really going to look like the miami cowboys.

the biggest thing to me is, if Glenn goes down there and plays all 16 games and has a productive year. If that happens I will be dissapointed in terry glenn and Jerry Jones. If glenn finds a way to be healthy for parcells that will really be dissapointing and I will be upset with jerry for not just bringing him back.

mostly I will just be dissapointed.

Are you an MRI tech that somehow obtained his private medical records or are you just blatantly being biased and cherry picking opinion articles that agree with your predetermined stance?

Actually, I don't really care what your answer is cause either way you have no idea how strong or weak his knee is and I'm not too sure that even Glenn himself knows at this point.

I agree. He worked his butt off to get back last season when others may have opted for the season ending surgery, and I don't think Jerry showed much appreciation for that effort. If the knee holds up like Glenn thinks it will, it's going to be pretty annoying to hear how thin we are at WR all season when we actually had a good #2 under contract.

Reminds me of that Journey song that Romo's so fond of:

if this guy signs with the Dolphins...we didn't want him any way.....why would he go to a team with no qb....with no chance to win....in the same division with new england.....all of that for a couple extra dollars?...not the guy we needed if this is what it is all about for him

My responses are based on facts.
1.He only played a handful of downs last year.FACT
2.His knee is not healthy.Microfracture is known to end many careers in sports.FACT
3.He has a history of injuries.FACT

any questions?
