I was thinking the obvious teams would be those who have a shot at the other top QBs. All things being equal, why wouldn't you make the decision to remove the guy if there are other promising options. Not really a concern so much as smart tactics.

I doubt those teams, and even if it's true that's barely 10% of all NFL teams, have taken him entirely off their boards, how much risk is there in drafting a highly successful college quarterback, on a major team, in the 4th or so round? Seems like one of those rumors that we see in the offseason, especially this off season.

But I'd be on the side of "no" on Tua, for one he's had multiple injuries that caused him to miss games, and a fractured hip is a severe injury, it's not like a broken arm or such.

If the Cowboys were well stocked with very good players at nearly every position, then it'd be worth a shot, but that's not the case, can't totally ignore need to take a player that may be injury prone and would have to turn out top notch in order to be better than what you have.

Late round, sure, no problem, but he's not going to be around in later rounds....
