There was an article/ interview w Steve Young, where several coaches told him that RG3 was lazy in his film study and preparation and he often would disregard his qb coach when they where trying to work with him on his fundamentals. Furthermore, there where locker room issues where he and Cousins couldn't even be in the same room with each other, several o linemen did t like RG3 and wouldn't help him up after being sacked, his father was very intrusive and went into the players locker room, ect...

I think almost everything you've listed here has been disproven as unfounded rumor / speculation. For instance, the whole "Griffin and Cousins can't be in the same room together" nonsense...they attend bible study together lol. When Cousins found out his father had cancer the first players he told were RG3 and Colt McCoy. There's a lengthy ESPN article detailing--with direct quotes and everything--how players and coaches have gone to Griffin privately to express their admiration in how he has handled his situation, how he and Gruden haven't changed their relationship and still get along well and make each other laugh, and how the players felt no tension or locker room issues whatsoever due to Griffin, Cousins and Gruden handling everything like mature adults and "consummate professionals".

I don't want Griffin to sign here but for different reasons than most here, obviously lol...

Or he could be signed just in time for happy hour he and Jerry could go out and celebrate.

Johnny may just need some guidance and maturing, or he is a tragically flawed guy on an irreversible self destructive path. Don't think that it's really worth finding out.

Or a body guard like the one we hired for PacMan.

It seems to me Jerry is allowing Jason to run the team's discipline if that report is true. It was clear when the year ended that Jason was non-comittal as far as bringing Hardy back. That doesnt mean Jerry will find a bargain like Manziel unappealling. He prides himself at finding bargains and former 1st rounders all the time.

I agree here.

#2 QB is Not a priority to Jerrah.

Never has been his whole ownership.

So if Manxiel is available and can be signed on the cheap..

he's ours.

Listen to the WR's hands and pads pop on those throws. And the way he can extend plays with his feet. Zip and accurate. Tight spiral. Steps up in the pocket. Has a feel for pressure and moves well. Every game film is not this good but the upside is more than RGIII on the field.

Neither will be able to handle the pressure and the spotlight of being the Dallas QB ....... they could not handle it in Washington or Cleveland ........ so it really does not matter.

"We've been clear about expectations for our players on and off the field," Sashi Brown said. "Johnny's continual involvement in incidents that run counter to those expectations undermines the hard work of his teammates and the reputation of our organization. His status with our team will be addressed when permitted by league rules." The Browns are allowed to waive Manziel on Feb. 8, but it would be better for their cap situation to wait until the new league year begins March 9. Either way, Manziel has played his last snap in Cleveland.

Would love for this turd to never appear in an NFL game again.

Even for Jerry, JFB has to be radioactive at this point. On the other hand Art Briles is in his ear about Bob.
