No problem.

I finally found it on page 19 lol, It would seem to be an attention ***** making it up simply because it also says he bought the bike last month, when reports have now come out that he recived the bike last year for free for doing appearances qat a local dealer :/

I stopped reading the thread shortly after that post.

I've been meaning to get my 2 helmets custom painted. One as the current Cowboys helmet, the other as the white throwback helmet.

Maybe I'd be more inclined to wear one of them.

Hos, I don't care if you paint them or not, plz wear one! Who will give me those kind warnings if you aren't here?

IIRC, everytime this happens, they tend to shutdown about any injuries that concern playing career and only report the ones that are life threatening. There are all sorts of reasons, personal and financial among others, that keep them from telling the whole picture until things are pretty clear.

Now place a legitimate link with this info in it, and we will believe you.

I saw one that said "sprained knees" which does not sound too bad. Right now he probably will not be able to start the season, but maybe by october he would be back. That is, of course, if there are no complications.

What warnings? Too many concussions. I remember nothing.

:wink2:

I know I need to. Maybe this will be a wake up call. Like I said though, I've even had friends die and it hasn't changed me.

I guess they'll just start popping his missing teeth back in to place BEFORE
they even remove the jaw wiring.....and maybe he'll go on the Jerome Bettis
diet so he doesn't lose weight while his jaw is wired shut.

I hope he recovers fully and lectures kids to listen to grown-ups...
We don't always tell you things just because we don't want you to have any fun!
Sometimes it's actually for your own good!!

And I hope BR recovers before the season starts so we can see the Squealers
get beat and not have any excuses.

And ya gotta love how the guy keeps saying "I hope Ben is OK," trying to difuse the onslaught of hatred that's about to come his way.

This is the world we live in. Wow.

There is always someone trying to make some money off the misfortune of others! I bet he's a lawyer....! :)

Best line William Shakespear ever wrote was from King Henry the VI, I think it was "FIRST KILL ALL THE LAWYERS!!!!"

And to think he wrote that more then 300 years before Johnny Cochran.

When I see this story, I get a bad feeling in my gut and I have painful memories. I've lost two friends to Bike accidents and neither one was their fault. I notice that people don't give riders enough room on the road in many cases. I always allow for more room for a motorcycle, simply because they appear to be harder to see.
In recent weeks, however, the other side of this issue has come up. I watched in my rear view mirror as a a guy on one of those "crotch rockets" decided to make a run between the lanes in heavy traffic, only to get clipped by an extended mirror on a pick-up. He wasn't really badly hurt, but his bike was a mess. It's a calculated risk, but it's hard to factor in the risk that the other riders or drivers provide. I hope Big Ben will be OK, but I feel for him and his family.
