Yeah needs to spend time with his kids? Is that code for taking care of his marijuana plants and smoking up? He needs to be cut NOW!!

I know. I want guys who are passionate about football, they attend OTA not because it is mandatory or voluntary but because they are football players who love playing the game. If I got to force a guy to come to workout then maybe that guy does not care much about the game. I caught hell for suggesting it during the OTA but I will stick to those feelings. True players are there because it is what they love and what they are Professionals.

I had a feeling it was going to happen, hitchens will take his spot. We need to get a linebacker. Man this is some bs. The all druggie team in full effect

Agree he should be cut but the smarter play is to keep him on the team just in case we have a catastrophe at LB. Hopefully he won't be needed and/or will retire or something. But right now he's a free ride for the team not taking up a roster spot. I don't know the players union contract well enough to say he gets no money from the team and IDK if he can be cut while suspended. My guess is he can but IDK for sure.

I do to a large degree. People are saying that Jerry is moving away from day-to-day. Garrett continues to champion the RKG and stephen talks about how smart they are being frugal and like what they had.

Yet McClain has always been the antithesis of any definition of RKG and players that arent on the field nor care to be arent great value.

All it serves to do is illustrate how Garrett's "RKG" thing is a pointless term. But at the end of the day, what the lieutenant thinks does not matter.

Well, this was certainly predictable. The only idiots that couldn't see this coming resided in the Dallas front office.

Our starting D looks abysmal. Wow

Yep, When was the last time our D was considered dominate in any since of the word. Would be in the early 90's? I'm actually seriously asking because I cannot remember.

Well this could be a good thing.
If he played from the start, he would likely be wore out by game 10 like in 2014.
This way they get a fresh Ro in game 11 and thru the playoffs.

I doubt they have to pay him much while suspended.
They may not have to pay him anything for the first 10 games, depending on his contract.

But this team has let Wil McClay take over...and this is what you get.

So not Jerry, Stephen or Jason's fault. It's the guy that is suppose to evaluate talent and present his findings and recommendations to the people that makes the final decisions.

Blame it on the brother. LMAO!

Wow we are a Sean Lee injury away from being decimated at LB. We need to sign someone....

Rolando McClain had a different tone last July about not breaking....
"I apologize to my family, the Cowboys organization, my teammates and Cowboys fans for my mistake," McClain said in a statement via the NFL Players Association. "I will not break the rules of my profession in the future, and I regret my error. I look forward to returning to the field on week 5, when I hope to help my team beat the Patriots."

Yeah, because RO comes ready to play after a long break.

I think Hitchens will do fine. When he was asked to play multiple spots his rookie year he did a good job making some key plays. If he is to be named starting MLB I think he will step up to the challenge.

He filled in for RO last year during his suspension. He regressed from his rookie year.

This time, I have no problem saying...good bye. He made his own nest, while many others depended upon him. This time, if I were at the door...it would hit his posterior side.

It usually takes Ro 4-5 games to round into shape...

So what you are saying is "Let's keep him for the Superbowl run"...

Yeah concentrating on one position will help him out, he was solid his rookie year.
