If you watch his mechanics though you would see the various flaws in his game and why he isn't a legit NFL Starter....I guess you have to be more than an armchair QB type of fan to understand.

I have been scouting prospects for years and I know a blue chipper when I see one, Romo is not one of them.

Maybe one day several years down the road we will be able to look at Brady and Romo and draw many comparisons.

However, Romo will never be on Manning's level, nor will any other QB. He is simply the best that has ever played the position and probably the best who ever will. Too bad he doesnt have a team built to win in January

I know people are going to "giggle" because you're suggesting this but watching this kid... He could be very special. Maybe not HOF. But maybe a guy that could put up some damn fine passing numbers.

I'm already concerned about getting him resigned to a long-term contract.

Obviously some people don't pay attention to the stats that matter. I could care less what his numbers look like after 3 games, I care about the end result: Wins and Losses

As for catching up, defenses around the league will have more film on him the more he plays. I have scouted him since preseason and I see some glaring weaknesses in his game that will be exploited.....trust me on this. He stares down receivers and in this league that is a no-no.

well than listen good dear...Bledsoe has finished last or next to last in his division in all but 3 years of his 14 year career...can you say L O S E R...

I do not agree with the original poster, two games is a little to early to be categorizing Tony Romo.

The implication in your post though is that somehow we lost because of Romo. The way I see it the only way we were even in the game is because of Romo.
