Out of curiosity, what did Terrell Owens lie about?

Have you ever seen them play? Bradshaw made some of the most bumbling plays in NFL history. How many times did the ball flip off the back of his hand as he threw. But that's a small sample of his play and he eventually became good enough to win some titles, even with the bad plays mixed in.

Favre, well, we all know about his interceptions.

Yeah. I watched Bradshaw, Stabler, and of course the ultimate freelancer himself. I hated Bradshaw for what he always did to the Boys when we played them. Him and Lynn Swann... I still highly dislike both of them.

There's still hope for Romo but all I am saying is that the current coaching staff doesn't make me jump for joy with confidence that Romo will excel next year.

Romo begins to get it and starts throwing the ball away.

His leadership potential grows.

He begins to own the huddle.

He tells his needy receivers (all of them) to just shut the **** up and get open.

It all ties together.

Stay tuned...

And after Romo tells owens to shut up, owens goes on tv and tells the world Romo is gay or out of shape. It's happened before.

Romo definitely needs to be more of a leader IMO.

However the "Body Count" (credit for that term should go to a poster on this board, not sure who it was though) for TO continues to rise:

1. Steve Marriucci
2. Jeff Garcia
3. San Fran 49ers
4. Donovan McNabb
5. Andy Reid
6. Philly Eagles
7. Bill Parcells
8. Jason Garrett
9. Todd Haley
10. Soon to be Tony Romo???

This guy's history is undeniable. I am not sure what it takes for someone to see the fire in the past and the smoke of today.

QFT...

Apparently neither does the truth.

The only truth is that which has happened in the past. The rest is speculation. As I have stated many times before, people change. The first change I need to see from Romo is a tougher stance with the guys that surround him on the offensive side of the ball. (& a tighter grip on said ball)

Romo is not that guy, his makeup is to stay happy and care-free, that's how he plays, although his line and Garrett's gay offense is starting to sully that outlook

you're gonna have to look elsewhere for the tough guy, commander of men

The way I see it he had 25 million reasons not to act like he did in 2008.

Remember he couldn't feed his family on that.:laugh2:

Maybe when "I'm always open" is gone he will.

Well then Romo must be a polygamist because he gets nagged by more than one receiver that think he's always open.

Yup, that's why he told Witten welcome to my world.
owens will be gone soon, then we will see what we have at QB.
Hopefully it will help. If not we need Romo gone too.

If by soon you mean next off-season then I can see that possibility since there's a very good chance Shanarat comes to Big D and we get to send the coaching clowns away.

No, he wasn't. That's a load of crap.

Where were you reading last year when he and 2 other players took their wives and girlfriends to Mexico but he was the only one who by doing so did not care?

Where have you been reading during all the speculation that his having sex causes him to lose?

Where have you been reading when people here are discussing INTs and Fumbles?

No one has said the guy doesn't have flaws. You're just so TO blind that you need to amplify him to non Saint to justify your own tired damned agenda.

Damn right :banjo:

Playing just for you. Remember your answer because you were honest. Stick with the honesty over this spin control crap. It suits you so much better.

Hey... Just for the record I could have refused to answer the question but that's not my style... If it's worthy of a response I will give one.

Some call it spin while others call it fair criticism.

It's not a team filled with mentally mature adult males. It's a bunch of little boys running around and Romo is one of them. That's just my opinion.

After a few minutes, I finally realized that I had gotten myself caught up in vicious cycle and knew that if I would simply type a very obvious question as a reply that the torture would stop, but nooooo. Not me.
