So the ref got clear communication from a guy who never got within 8-10 yards of him while not being able to understand a guy who was 3 feet from him. A guy (68 - Decker) who himself, the QB & the head coach all said was to be the eligible player. Even the on air ref said the ref was looking at 70 while standing beside 68. Felt like he just called the wrong number.

Again, 70 ran on, pointed to himself, brad allen looked at him across the way, pointed towards him and immediately went to dallas to report. I guess this is all fabricated.

I can fathom a lot of things. But the facts remain. Skipper clearly reported to brad allen And he pointed to skipper. And did decker say to brad allen wait a second not skipper me? It was right in front of him for gods sake. Lets be sentient human beings for a moment

Then why is skipper reporting and brad allen pointing and acknowledging and reporting to dallas skipper is the guy. So decker told him he is the guy and brad allen said no you are not but I am going to tell dallas skipper??? What the hell? Do you see how stupid this sounds. You cant make this crap up. So you believe brad allen perniciously disregarded deckers acclimation? This makes no freaking sense. Dan campbell cheating does which explains everything.

Seems a bit much. He tried to get away with a complicated play and his players did not execute it. If his plan was to get 70 declared and go ahead with it anyway then he is pretty stupid.

I have made these exact points a dozen times. They respond to acknowledge any of this & insist they know exactly what happened and that 70 reported. At some point we have to realize they aren't trying to see it rationally.

The ref probably forgot about it and reported the one he thought was reporting and honestly reported to the Cowboys and over the PA that 70 was eligible and did no mention of 68.

So the ref probably did mess up in that he did not remember the Lion's before game session, but the eligible WAS blasted on the PA and Campbell could have complained unless neither he nor any other Lion was paying attention to the PA. If they did hear that and ran the play anyway than that is on them. If they had no time, suck it up, take the 5 yard delay penalty and kick the extra point and go into OT.

This principle suggests that the argument with the fewest assumptions and simplest explanation is usually the more true. But with the convoluted logic you need with your argument it cannot be true. Unless like i said the lineman are on acid, the ref is on acid, and campbell is on acid.

I’d say the video I posted is fairly irrefutable. The ref announced it. In stadium. Why wouldn’t 68 try to correct the ref if they got it wrong?

Here are the facts

1. 70 was officially declared.
2. Detroit did nothing about it.
3. Ball hiked.
4. Any prior missed call becomes irrelevant.

You are also assuming they only had 1 version of this play. Maybe there was more than one and different formations. 70 had no business running and getting the attention of the Ref if he had nothing to do with the play.
