People could easily argue you violate forum rule #29 with your numerous Patriots-related threads and posts. Only thing missing from your constant Brady deluge is a customary tag line of, "Spam Cowboys fan sites with Patriots messages for $29/hr."

And now he takes shots at the very mods who have given him a lot of room here. Pathetic.

It's a travesty he dishonors Roger Staubach with the phony representation of his name and picture.

Thats the understatement of the year.

Roger has always been a man of integrity and character worthy of all the respect he has received over the years. If anything he doesnt get as much respect as he deserves. On the other hand, Tom Fraudy has been the poster child for cheating, arrogance and being an all around POS for years. And while Rogah has Roger for his avatar, who does he admire and emulate to a TEE?

Brady cheated on his baby mama with Gisele, cheated during Spygate and cheated during the AFCCG.

Hardy has no criminal history.

Solid points. All factual.

go ahead. Keep enabling the guy who beats up on women.

Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

Technically, Brady DID "hit it, then quit it"...

Not the same?

I don't think they can force you to turn it over. They have no subpoena powers. But it is in the CBA that players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation.
The NFLPA didn't want him to do that because they believe "cooperating fully" does *not* extend to providing personal communications for an on-field issue.

What's next? Holding against #76, 10 yard penalty, and he has to surrender his laptop to Roger Goodell?

From what I read, the League just wanted access. His lawyers would have been able to keep anything non-pertinent private.
And from what I've read, they told him they didn't need it.

Notice that MR Krafty in his defiant presser where he whined about not getting special treatment he was expecting, said Brady gave the league all "NUMBERS" but he never said that Tom Cry Brady gave them the "TEXT MESSAGES" that were requested.

Oh, he thinks he's krafty . . . . .

Correct, the league did not need it. They just wanted the messages.

The League didn't keep the photos in the Hardy case. They were allowed supervised access but couldn't make copies.

Hardy's team initially rebuffed their attempts, but the League sued and a settlement was reached.

The same thing would've happened with the phone. Tom's lawyer would have maintained control the entire time.

But if Hardy is so innocent, why did he oppose those photos? What is he hiding? If we apply your logic here to that situation, then Hardy is clearly guilty.

It adorable that you actually believe that! Don't ever grow up, my friend! Childlike naivete is a wonderful thing.

It was the prosecution that initially blocked the NFL request of the evidence.

You are right. A settlement was reached that allowed the NFL investigators, the NFLPA and Hardy's team to view the photos, but not to copy or distribute them.

This is getting more pathetic by the day, Rog. You need to let it go. Not a single player or owner is supporting Brady or Kraft outside that team.

Brady did it. He needs to serve the suspension, pay the fine, and move on like a big boy.

It's not about deflated footballs. It's about blatantly and purposefully trying to circumvent the governing laws of the game. Not by holding or interfering with a receiver, but by sneaking around in the bowels of the stadium and STEALING the footballs in order to manipulate them from the standards set by the league. This all on the heels of Spygate and other complaints about how the Patriots operate.

This has everything to do with a repetitive and established culture of cheating that is pervasive within the New England Patriots.

Hardy is one of hundreds of guys with an ugly off-the-field incident on their record. Aaron Hernandez?

Brady is the only quarterback ordering trainers to steal footballs out of the referees view long enough to circumvent the rules.

Why does that logic apply to Brady but not Hardy? No one outside Dallas supports Hardy, but in this forum, Hardy becomes an innocent man, wrongfully persecuted by a league and judicial system all in cahoots to railroad him unfairly.

Why does "innocent until proven guilty" only apply to Hardy in this forum?

Actually, a huge contingent of people supported him in Carolina when the ugly truth about this girl started to come out. Personally, I don't support him at all in this, other than the rules for punishment in place in the NFL need to be followed. I don't pretend that the NFL is a played by choir boys. Quite the opposite.

Brady's situation is VERY different. The league is solely dependent upon a viewing public that believes in the integrity of what it is watching. Especially the wagering public. Without that belief, viewership and profit will dry up like the Mohave Desert. And that is exactly why Goodell had to come down hard on this. Teams have complained, and New England's history in this area isn't helping.

This is not a witch hunt. It's Goodell showing that the integrity of the game is solid, and that not even a superstar poster player like Brady is immune from punishment by the NFL.
