Actually, a huge contingent of people supported him in Carolina when the ugly truth about this girl started to come out.
You're making my point for me. The only support for Hardy comes from his team affiliations. If you want to add Carolinians to the mix, that's fine.
Brady's situation is VERY different. The league is solely dependent upon a viewing public that believes in the integrity of what it is watching. Especially the wagering public. Without that belief, viewership and profit will dry up like the Mohave Desert.
Falcons were caught cheating and everything you said above applies. They lost a 5th rounder. Vikes-Panthers game had tampering with the footballs. Result: Letter of warning.

If "integrity of the game" is of such paramount importance, why did those teams get slaps on the wrist?

Burmafrd keeps being ignored so, like a petulant child, he has to make the same post over and over and over again.

Ditto for Patriots fans and Tom Brady.

Because (a) what they did was in full view of everyone and didn't involve confiscating footballs from the referees, (b) they didn't petulantly denythe truth like Brady against a MOUNTAIN of evidence, and (c) didn't have something as awful as Spygate already looming over them as an organization.

All irrelevant in Rogah's eyes even tho Stevie Wonder can see it

How in the world does that matter? Are you honestly saying that if the Patriots deflated the balls on the sidelines, then this whole thing would have been just a letter of warning?

The MOUNTAIN of evidence exists only in your mind. THe Patriots have the law of physics on their side. The NFL lied and lied and lied, and for some reason you keep believing them.

(c) didn't have something as awful as Spygate already looming over them as an organization.
That's what this all comes back to. Not that what happened here was fair, but that this is supposed to go alongside something that took place 8 years ago.

This is comical. It is so unbelievably, absolutely, and completely obvious that Brady was behind this, it's not worthy of debate.

And save the lecture on lies. I didn't join a Patriots forum by the name of "Grogan" and post an avatar of an all-time great to pose as a Pats fan.

Brady nicknamed a guy "the deflator". He's on tape talking about he likes deflated balls. They have the trainer sneaking balls into the bathroom before kickoff. Why would a trainer care if he wasn't told to do so?

And that initial Brady press conference......LOL. Anybody with a kid knows the face of somebody who's been cold busted and doesn't know what to do. He looked like a lost little boy.

He did it. Period. And now he needs to put his big-boy pants on and suck it up.

The NFL lies directly to your face, but you enjoy it because it attacks a team you don't like. So you'll just conveniently ignore the FACT that the only proven liars in this whole affair reside in the league office.

If you bothered to read Goodell's report, he addresses all your bullet points and swatted them away.

The CAR ball guy was warming a football in plain view on the MINN sideline. He was told to stop it and the ball was not allowed into the game. He never did it again and it was settled.

The CLE GM self reported and got a harsh but fair deal.

The Favre case was off the field

and so on....

The Pats are habitual cheaters......they cheated against BAL with the illegal shifts and subs...they cheated with headsets dying....they cheated with clearing kickers footing with snow blowers, they cheated during spy gate.......

Just admit they cheat and they win and shut the heck up

You mean like this?
Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

or this?

Wow. I am totally living rent free in the heads of several people in here.

Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

or this?

He wasn't going to give up the phone anyway, and was told he wouldn't have to, so why does what he did with it matter?

Tom Brady: First athlete in history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

It must be nice when the mods let you get away with anything.

Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

go ahead. Keep enabling the guy who beats up on women.

Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

At least you nailed it on the head with the petulant child part. Just not whom it should be referring to.
