I assume you never speed, always use your blinker for at least 150 feet, stay in your lane when making a turn, etc.
Meh
No, I'm not really that good of a human being.
I just refrain from intentionally breaking the law in a way that eliminates any real earning potential in my chosen profession.
Seems logical & relatively easy.

Yup, and I'll wait until a more formal report from the Cowboys and/or Gregory himself about this before I post anything negative about Gregory involving this.
Yes. I am trying to do the same. Just that if there ANY truth to this stuff no matter what it is. I am very angry with him. Like it matters if i am mad at him. Lol.

But it seems that Gregory and his agent are both denying anything is wrong.

If this turns out to be a false report, will all people that freaked out then go to a therapist and get themselves a mentor...

I would hope so. The media shouldn't be trusted outright. Gregory's an easy target to get fake news. Deserved? Maybe, but he's got just as much right to due process as the rest of us. Until I get more information on Gregory, I'm going to call bull**** on the media reporting this "news" on Gregory.

Yup, and I'll be angry at him IF and a BIG IF it is true.

I always thought that these issues we're kept private by the league up until they decide on a suspension. This could explain the time lag between a media "rumor" and a league announcement.

However, it seems very rare when a well known journalist will make a completely unsubstantiated claim.

As for Gregory, if this is true then it is too sad. I mean, we wonder how a guy can reach his ulltmate dream with millions out there to be made and he tosses it away for marijuana, of all things. If this is indeed the issue, I never related weed to a highly addictive substance.

I hope that is not the issue and it is very minor, it would be such a waste.

I use to be mad at Randy but at this point if it’s true I just feel bad for the young man. He has some serious problems.

I don't pretend to know what Mara does in his spare time but you make the assumption that Mara and other owners are crazed fanatics of their teams like you are. Mara and all the owners play for the green team. They're not fans, they're businessmen. Trust me, if we won 4 Super Bowls in a row but Mara made more than any other owner during that time span, he couldn't care less what the Giants are doing. He just needs to pretend he cares and keep backing up the Brinks truck.

Of course money’s the main thing, but they still play their little games, there’s still big egos clashing, and don’t even try to makes us swallow the notion that they DON’T resent the Cowboys and LOVE to stick it to Booger. We’re a target, for God’s sake!

Per Brad Sham on pre-game radio, as relayed by a defensive teammate, Randy Gregory is very angry how the media has twisted the report of his being in trouble with the NFL.

I hope he uses this story today to wreak havoc on Carolina. Use the media's BS to your advantage, RG!

I suppose, but the timing is just really suspicious to me. If there's an issue, wouldn't it have come out during his meeting with team doctors? Yet, I don't think anything did come out of it. In fact, it sounded like he was cleared by them from what I recall. So why would there all of a sudden be an issue now dating back to August? I really don't buy this.

I don’t think there is a suspension coming based on Schefters very careful wording.

If he failed a test then the meeting wouldn’t have been a scheduled meeting. There maybe something to this but it’s not drug related. And if he is suspended for 1 game that happens to be against goodell best friends team then I am convinced that goodell is dirty.

Oh, I'm already convinced that Goodell's dirty. That's not even a question to me. I just think that the media is full of it here. I'll happily eat crow, as you chaps say it, if the media is right about this, but I don't think so.

I would cut him today if its another failed test,we just cant deal with this at all.
Fix the man but hold him accountable...let him play football. At least he's not a radical creating a ship load of crap around him.

sad when you make millions and you can't determine what is more important.
Sometimes it's not you but it's your mental. Like I have a hard time understanding why millionaires and billionaires kill themselves.......but I can't relate to even understand.

Yep. Brad said he spoke to a teammate and the teammate said that Randy was very angry about how the media is reporting what ACTUALLY happened. Doesn't sound as simple as failing a drug test. Must be some "minor" requirement that wasn't met.

And this is why I doubt the story. "Relapse" suggests that he used marijuana again as we know that is a weakness of his, and it's something that would've gotten him suspended immediately if that were true and tested. The fact that nothing came of his meeting with league officials and doctors, as far as has thus been released, tells me that this story probably not true.
