I wonder if this video exists, why are they just talking about it? After the Ray Rice fiasco, I can't see the NFL taking a "wait and see" approach. If their is an incriminating video that leaves no question of what happened, Dez would already be suspended indefinitely. I would think so anyway.

Where did you see that they are offering him $13M a year (not the $13M for one year)? The crazy part about them Franchising him is that it actually HURTS the cap this year. Signing him long term could significantly lower his CAP hit this year. For a $13M cap hit, you could conceivably sign both Dez and DeMarco. It all comes down to 2 words folks - GUARANTEED MONEY!!!!!!!!
