After seeing the layout change and reading the responses here I think the hatred of the rivalry is dead to me. Its weird how something like this can make one notice how pointless trash talk, rivalries, and the game of football really are.

Times like these really do make you realize it truely is only a game.

Reminds me of when Crazy Ray passed and Chief Zee puts on a Cowboys hat and yells "COWBOYS!!!!"

Chief Zee starts talking around 30 seconds into the clip.

Love & Respect to all you boys showing class today

"Hating" a particular football organization is a lot different than hating the actual human beings who work for the football organization.

Anyone who would rejoice in the death of a football player is pretty twisted.

This puts a bit of a damper on the whole season. Even if we win it all this year, it'll be sometime before I can fully enjoy the game.:(

God bless #21

I heard the news on my way to work this morning. At first, I couldn't believe it because he was supossedly doing better last night, went to bed thinking he'd pull out and live.

I had to deal with some students (I teach high school) who were as upset as I was as this is Skin territory. How do you explain something like this to kids? There is no logic or justification whatsoever. When I saw some of my students in tears, it was very very difficult not to break down myself.

What a tragedy for both the Taylor family and the entire organization.

One of the coolest things I have ever seen was the relationship Zee and Ray had during games. Topped only by Zee's tribute to Ray.

I just wanted to say, as a Commanders fan, I've been locking myself in my office on and off today, crying and sobbing at the loss of Shaun Taylor. I must say, I never would of expected to find comfort and peace in a cowboys forum. Thank you all for you kind words. Some of them have helped dry my tears, others have brought more. Both are good. We will not forget your heart felt support. Thank you cowboys fans.

A grieving Commanders fan

RIP Sean.

Hope they find the cowardly thugs that did this. This continued disregard for life just pisses me off. Frickin cowards.

:hammer:

I was so caught up in work this didn't get to me until around 4-5 pm but still..

This is nothing but tragic. Sean was still growing as a player.

David.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm rooting for the Skins for the rest of the year
