Sad, sad news. Deepest condolences to his family and to both the Canes and Skins nations.

Wow, just shocked when I saw breaking news on ESPN.

My prayers go out to the family and friends.

Man, when you think of the combo of him and Landry and how good it would have been.

R.I.P.

Shocking. I, too, felt that things would be ok for him, based on the reports yesterday. My prayers are with his family and friends.

I had a bad feeling lastnight when I went to bed. I never log on to my PC in the mornings before work. I just couldn't put this bad feeling down, so I logged on real quick to check Seans condition.

I was so saddened to read that he passed away. My family feels so sorry for his family and small child. What a terrible, terrible tragedy

Rest well now Sean, rest well.

This is crazy. I thought he'd pull through fine after the whole day yesterday went by without a word. Then to wake up to that news...Man, that is a tough break for the Skins and the NFL as a whole. He was a hell of a competitor, and the league was a more exciting place with him in it. Scary thing is this could be Roy, Newman, or Witten. It's that caliber of a loss for the Skins organization. A dirty end for a rare and gifted person.

Yeah, technically it could but those guys stay out of trouble...not saying Taylor's past had anything to do with it but its possible....I don't know, I feel for his family and everything but I don't think comparing it to Roy, Newman or Witten is a fair comparison.

When my cousin graduated from college her and her new husband wanted to move from Texas to Miami. They where there looking for a new house and she was shot in a drive by shooting while sitting at an intersection. Violent city.

RIP Sean Taylor.

he was unfortunatly the shooter hit a main artery :(

Yeah... when I heard where he was shot and that it was serious... I thought that might be the case. It is similar to the Latin Singer Selena... she was shot in the shoulder in a main artery... normally you wouldnt think that a shoulder wound would kill.. until it happens.

I never like Sean Taylor because of his thug life..... but on the field... I didnt like him because he was SO GOOD.

Such a shame. RIP. Thought and prayers....
