What was Manu doing on that last possession? You need a 3 to win with 6 seconds left and he dribbles out the clock?

I'll take it :D

Hill should have called a TO after the rebound.

BTW, you know the basketball Gods are on your side when Zach Randolph makes a 3 to ice the game.

i have absolutely no clue, its not like its college, a timeout advances the ball, this must be the spurs as a dynasty getting so old they are getting dementia or something. its pretty disgraceful. im just praying to god that we dont lose this series, i really dont want this team to be know as one of the teams that lost to an 8 as a 1! its pretty evident that all of the spurs weakness are strengths for the grizz tho

and as bad as mcdyess' injury looked, i hope that pop will at least start playing tiago now, he is the only one that can hang with zac and marc defensively besides tim.

i would just like to vent about something VERY serious!

matt bonner is TERRIBLE! his only job is to make threes and he cant do that consistently, he should be the victory cigar and comedic relief, not a crunch time player! man i miss big shot bob!

his shot isnt there but the guy was hustling all over the floor on both ends...his effort was there tonight. i am very critical of bonner, but if not for his hustle and effort, the Spurs dont have a chance to tie after that final rebound.

I thought their chances were decent anyway. They're tough and the Spurs are not the Spurs right now.

i actually think we match up pretty good with the thunder, perkins might make a difference, but when we play them in the regular season we constantly beat them, if not stomp them, even recently. but even if we win this series, it wont be till at least game 6 so they will have lots of rest and our old guys will be worn out, it could get ugly. i just hope we can get there

I would have said odds of 55-45 Spurs in that one, but I think OKC has matured.

do not mistake beating a volatile Denver team with being mature.....OKC is better than they were last year and will be tough to beat, but they are playing the Nuggets. Denver is a waste of playoff space.

Barkley was right, its a transition period in the league, the spurs are done and have been since 09, the suns were done after last year, this is probably the last hurrah for the lakers, celtics and mavs. these playoffs are the transition period, like the 80 playoffs, 91 playoffs, the 99 playoffs, and so many others in sports.

it sucks for us that we will have a mediocre team with an aging duncan and ginobili, but they have earned the right to finish off their careers in SA no matter what. we will be mediocre for another two years, then terrible, then hopefully, in *sigh* 6 years or so we can hopefully start competing again. i think we will if RC sticks around

as for me, as promised before, i have the 2005 championship dvd ready to go to cry to and look back on the good old days
