Money talks, Jericho would listen. TNA has more money behind it than WWE.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... yeah, TNA has a lot more money behind it than WWE does...

So, when can we anticipate the debut of the TNA Network, to rival the just-announced WWE Network??

Don't see what's so funny about what drew Angle, Hardy, Sting etc; to the company potentially drawing another 40 year old to the company.

What drew Hardy and Sting to the company was the fact that nobody else was offering...

That would be one of the best fueds we could get right now.

It surprises me, but I like Sheamus now that he appears to be doing a face turn... it looks like he's better suited to that role...

But man, that dude is WHITE... I mean, layin' on an autopsy table white... watch him too long, and you risk goin' snow blind...

Haha.. agreed on his whiteness. However, i think he's better in a villian role. I've always liked the guy and he just seems like one that would be much better in a role where he doesn't care about anyone or anybody and just comes out seething and dominates whoever is put in front of him. He is, after all, the Celtic Warrior. I'd like him alot better in that role, but i doubt it ever happens because that just wouldn't be PG. ha

Right now, he tries to come out and do the pound his chest thing and his primal scream, but he's like smiling at the fans the whole time. Just looks weird.

Ever hear of Panda Energy? It's valued much higher than WWE. They own TNA.

Does not mean they would spend any money on TNA

The owner of Panda Energy only bought TNA to give his daughter a job.

Bull ..... they told him to go to rehab or go home when his contract was up ...... he opted for TNA because they do not drug test.

Once again you've gotten your facts wrong about Jeff. He was told to either clean his act up or he wouldn't be welcomed back. He opted for TNA where they will apparently allow him to continue to spiral out of control by taking him off of TV for a few weeks and then bringing him back.

They have wanted to have Sting for a long long time. Of that there is no doubt. But they've done just fine without him and will continue to do so.

As for Sheamus being a Goldberg rip off....are you insane? There is absolutely nothing about the twot hat is even remotely the same.

That's about as dumb a comparison as I've seen anyone make between two wrestlers.

They also have their money in far more than just TNA. WWE puts its money into WWE and the projects that benefit TNA.

There is a huge difference there for those two places where WWE can put all it's focus and resources into it's product, anytime it chooses, where as Panda Energy isn't just in the wrestling business.

So, no, they're not likely to put more into the side wrestling aspect of their companies resources as a wrestling company is going to put into it's.

That's a big part of the reason why WCW eventually failed as well because it was owned by a company that simply saw wrestling as a side show act that they didn't really want, weren't going to put enough into, and would just spend stupidly on because the people running it didn't know anything about wrestling.

You guys are right...WWE did all they could with Jeff...sent him to rehab several times..helped him when he lost everything in a house fire. Sheamus was trained by HHH...pretty good teacher huh?

What??

Zrinkill said that Crimson was a Goldberg ripoff a while ago. No clue where Sheamus came into the situation.

Really? That's why Dixies mother oversees it, and for years Panda put millions into it.

In October 2002, Panda Energy purchased a controlling interest (72%) of the Nashville, Tennessee-based professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling from founder and CEO Jerry Jarrett. The seemingly unlikely acquisition came about after Dixie Carter, the daughter of Robert W. Carter and a TNA publicist, contacted her father and persuaded him to purchase the company (which was facing bankruptcy)

On October 31, 2002, Panda Energy created the limited liability company TNA Entertainment in order to administer TNA. While Jeff Jarrett, the former President of TNA, was appointed Vice President, the majority of other management positions were filled by former Panda executives. Chris Sobol, the Panda Manager of Business Development, was appointed Vice President of Operations, and Frank Dickerson (and later Kevin Day) was appointed chief executive officer, while Dixie Carter was made President.

I didn't deny that he bought it for her? He put a ton of money into the company however.
