I have to admit that cracked me up…well played…“He should be fine”
“Injury lingering longer than expected”
“We expect him back a few games in”
“We hope to have him for the playoff push”
“He’s out for the year”
Young? He's 3 years from being too old for a second contract as a rookieAnd so it begins. You wouldn't expect something like that with a young guy before the season even starts. Arrrgh.
Travis Kelce is going to be 34 this year. Jason WItten was 35 when he retired the first time with the Cowboys. There is no known reason he won't have a 2nd contract.Young? He's 3 years from being too old for a second contract as a rookie
Of course they do. Pretty much Every team has weaknesses or at least positions that aren’t strengthsI’m not arguing if they are Pro Bowlers or not. Jags don’t start for contenders. Chido had a good year last year. I didn’t get to see Conner much but from what I’ve read he too had a good year at center.
This thread is ridiculous. Will everyone calm down please? This is probably the solution to the problem.

This is a review from Michael Robinson, who played fullback for the Seahawks when he won the SB. If it worked for him, I'm sure they'll have a way to help Schoonmacher.

Ha, he had this at Michigan as well!
He has minor inflammation. They know how to treat it. Their trainers and medical staff are excellent. It really is. I get that people tend to overreact, but this is ridiculous. Medical technology has come a long way, and orthopedic medicine is one such area. Like I said, if Schoonmacher has plantar fascitis, then it would be in the team's best interest to take him to an orthopedic specialist and a place such as the Good Feet Store where he can have inserts put into his shoes. This should help him be able to play as normal.

Who were the "jags" starting on the Eagles and Chiefs?Of course they do. Pretty much Every team has weaknesses or at least positions that aren’t strengths
No problem as long as you don't put any pressure on the foot. I was lucky enough to have plantar fasciitis. It's not fun.Rest for 8-12 weeks and it will go away. It’s very early
Lol, since when does minor inflammation on June 1st put you on IR at the beginning of the season? No problem as long as you don't put any pressure on the foot. I was lucky enough to have plantar fasciitis. It's not fun.
Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia, tissue in the foot used during walking and foot movement. Plantar fasciitis can be caused by a number of factors, including type of shoes, foot structure, overuse and types of walking surfaces. The main symptom of plantar fasciitis is heel pain. Schoenmaker will be on IR at beginning of season.
Too bad they don't have guys who can step in. Wait Ferguson and hendershot did last yr when Schultz was out and did pretty damn good. This is definitely a lingering injury. Anyone who thinks he’s going to be fine in a few weeks is kidding themselves. This is some bad news on a player we were going to be counting on. Seems to be a curse on our second round picks.

They combined for less than 300 yards and 4 TDs. I wouldn’t say that’s pretty damn good but they showed some flashes. They can step in but whether they’re going to be the answer remains to be seen. If the Cowboys felt real confident about either one they wouldn’t have offered Dalton Schultz a contract attempting to re-sign him and they wouldn’t have used a second round pick on Schoonmaker.Too bad they don't have guys who can step in.
